On the first night, there was no body wash or shampoo. The room and bathroom weren't as clean as they could be. However, the staff were all very nice and helped with our luggage. I probably wouldn't stay here again, but the people were good.

The hotel is good. The halal food options for breakfast are limited. Its advantage is the spacious rooms, but the downside is that none of the hotel facilities are air-conditioned; there are only fans, and it gets hot. The internet is very slow, and service response is also slow. Another negative is that they only provide one key card per room, not two like other hotels, apparently to save electricity when you leave.

The hotel room was spacious, clean, and odor-free, with all necessary amenities. The pool was beautiful and the facilities were excellent. It's also close to Kata Beach. The front desk service was very good; they even helped carry our luggage to the room. Overall, for the price, this hotel is a safe bet with no major issues, though the bedding might feel a bit damp.

The hotel environment is truly excellent. For those who love water activities, choosing a room with direct pool access is fantastic. The staff service is also very good, and there are many Chinese guests, making it a great choice for a vacation!

Overall, it was impeccable – a fantastic hotel. The location was also good, and the pool was incredibly beautiful; my wife took tons of amazing photos there! The staff, especially Lid, and the front desk were excellent. They were very enthusiastic in answering our questions and even brought things to our room. I gave them panda keychains, and they were all thrilled to recognize them as 'panda.' A note for Chinese friends: make sure they don't assign you to Building 2 or 3. Your room card should start with '10xx' or '11xx' (for Building 1), otherwise, it's a very long walk from Buildings 2 or 3. We reported this to the front desk the next day, and they moved us to Building One, which was much more convenient. To rent a motorbike, turn right out of the hotel. There's a shop on your front right, and the guy there is great! I highly recommend renting from him; no scams or hidden tricks. I rented for 200 THB a day, and when I extended it for an extra day and only had 160 THB in change upon return, he just said 'it's okay.' I was really touched, perhaps because I had filled up the tank for him. Regarding gas, 50 THB worth of gas is probably enough for two days of use. I got it with three bars of fuel, and when I returned it with one bar left, I filled it up. I don't know why, but 100 THB completely filled the tank. Be careful when renting a scooter. I rode motorbikes all over Phuket – Patong, Karon, Kata, cliff sunsets, etc. – and never got caught. But in Bangkok, I got caught and had to contribute 1000 THB to the Thai treasury!

The environment here is lovely, and the staff are very welcoming. The only downside was a few too many bugs, but the swimming pool was really clean and refreshing. Definitely worth a stay! It's also very close to a 7-Eleven and public transport is convenient for getting around or hailing a taxi.

The rooms are a bit dated. The staff attitude was good, but the breakfast was terrible! It felt like it was geared towards Westerners. If you're not too concerned about quality and ambiance, you might consider this place.

Amazing hotel in a fantastic location, just a short walk from Kata Beach and the night market! The swimming pool is excellent, with plenty of floaties and balls available for guests to enjoy. At night, the trees around the property light up beautifully, creating a lovely atmosphere that’s especially enjoyable from the balcony. The only minor downside is that some rooms are located quite far from the reception, so it can be a bit of a walk when entering or leaving the hotel. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Very Nice hotel with great pool (0800 - 2200). The hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to restaurants and a lot Massage shop near by hotel. I will come back again to this hotel with my family.

Orico is highly rated across all platforms. We booked a room with direct pool access and were given room 1116, which we were very happy with as it's in the prime central location! The cot was already set up and ready for us. I'm giving this place five stars across the board. Of course, there are some minor drawbacks, like the humidity and the number of mosquitoes, and you can clearly hear chairs being dragged on the second floor. However, our whole family had an amazing experience! We can accept these small issues, as we're right by the water, and a little mosquito spray on the duvet helps. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, smiling and greeting my daughter. The breakfast environment was also excellent. Upon check-in, they proactively came to help with our luggage. There are a lot of Chinese guests here!

Beautiful views from the window, both during the day and at night with the lights. The staff are friendly and attentive, and there's a good selection at breakfast. We chose this hotel three years ago, and this time we booked for two nights and then extended our stay again.

Great place! The rooms are clean and the facilities are good. It's a perfect spot for a vacation. The pool is huge and has a jacuzzi. The hotel staff are also very friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Phuket.

While exploring, I noticed other hotels, but I still found this one to have the best location. There are plenty of restaurants, two night markets, numerous massage parlors, laundromats, and two 7-Elevens nearby – it's really convenient for wandering around. It's also very close to Kata Beach, about a 700m walk, and the Cliff Cafe is also a short walk away, roughly 700m. The service was great, especially the male staff. They always greeted us when we saw them. We didn't want a room facing the night market, and they kindly upgraded our room for free to one with a balcony facing the pool, even if it was the second-to-last room, haha. The soundproofing was good; it wasn't noisy at all. There were quite a few Chinese guests staying here. The breakfast had a good variety: yogurt, bread, stir-fries, and various drinks. For this price, I think it's excellent value for money. Even when we didn't put out the 'please clean' sign, the cleaning staff would still knock and ask if we wanted our room cleaned. If not, they would help us with water, change the trash bags, and take out the rubbish. There's a small smoking area at the entrance and another by the pool. I really liked this place. I stayed for seven days and highly recommend it to everyone.

Good, very good, excellent. The facilities are comprehensive and high-end, absolutely fantastic. I really love Thailand, and the front desk service was great. The swimming pool is also excellent. Hygiene: Superb, very clean. The room is spacious and gets cleaned daily.
