I actually lost my reservation but the location was convenient.

A great place to stay for a solo traveler. Only 5 minutes from the beach and within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Very nice staff too. Will definitely stay here again

Excellent hotel with a fantastic location. They've opened a 7-Eleven on the ground floor. The owner is a wonderful person, keeps the hotel in excellent condition, it's very clean, and everything works. We'd return without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel for the price. We got a good room, no street noise at all.

Quite ok for the fairly low tariff. Spacious enough and comfortable enough. Has a balcony, refrigerator, good water pressure, strong air conditioning. Electricity supply not controlled by card insertion so free to keep room temperature constant and continuously recharge devices. About 400m from beach and adjacent to a convenience store

The hotel is located just few minutes from kata beach , the people at the hotel are really friendly and always help you , overall is a good stay no very new but is clean and comfortable

Very nice room. Good view, big window with balcony. There is a bookcrossing shelf in the corridor. The location is also good — it’s not particularly close to the beaches but the con is — it’s much quieter here than in ≈7 minutes from here where the beach is closer and a lot of people are roaming around all the time. So highly recommend

Very good option in this budget. 7/11 is just behind the corner. Good cafe is opposite entrance. Wonderful massage in hotel and pretty cheap. Only one disadvantage - noise from road if you have window on this side. But it's not critical

Pretty good option for solo trip, which is cheap, clean and near to the Kata beach. However, the remote control of the air conditioner is not working, the room is freezing cold at night; not able to turn it off and same temp, no matter I adjust it to 18C or 30C.

The massage was decent. The walls were stained and they impose unreasonable fines
