I stayed the last year and it was as amazing as then. The lady in the restaurant was as friendly as the last time we visited and she remembered us too! The front desk staff offered us to take a shower after checking out :)

The staff at this hotel are so amazing!! They were so helpful and the food at the restaurant is great. If I went back to Phuket I would go back. Great location, a short walk to the beach and it is on the road of many shops and good food. Only thing was there was a lot of ants in my room when I first arrived, but not much you can do about that, there’s bugs everywhere, after all it is Thailand! Amazing place, 10/10 would recommend!!

Tired building and tired staff. Very little enthusiasm and energy for Thailand standards.

Really comfortable large apartment (two bedroom and lounge kitchen) pool was nice and reception were helpful. Great place to stay if you want something a bit calmer than Patong

Overall it was quite good and can recommend it if you don’t pay too much attention on the hotel and prefer more the location and bars in walking distance

The hotel wasn't bad. My room had a kitchen/living room and two bedrooms. It was good for a family of four. Two bathrooms. I didn't like the pool; it was very shallow and all the water was the same depth. So, a room with pool access was pointless. The safe was only at reception, which was inconvenient. Cleaning was mediocre; the bedside table had apparently never been dusted. When cleaning, they apparently put a bag of trash right on the table and forgot about it. But there are a million cafes, massage parlors, and shops nearby. The location is excellent for Kamala. We just didn't like Kamala; there were too many smelly rivers, making the water cloudy and littered with trash. It's definitely not our kind of beach.

Overall, a great option for a family vacation. It has a kitchen, which is very important for us, as our little child had to cook. The room is large enough to play soccer, and the location is ideal, with everything you need nearby! The hotel is a bit dated, and the pool seems a bit small for the number of rooms, but that doesn't detract from the overall impression of Thailand.

Wonderful hotel, convenient location (near the sea), attentive staff, clean room. Good gym. Will definitely come back again.

This isn't my first time staying at this hotel with my family. This time, we decided to celebrate my wife's birthday and wedding anniversary here. (We spent 11 days at the hotel in total.) I contacted reception in advance and wrote to the manager personally. (A copy of my wife's passport was taken upon check-in, and I emphasized this again.) There were no greetings whatsoever. This time, the staff was very unfriendly. Mr. Lek, I don't expect any apologies from you; they would be unnecessary. Our vacation was ruined. We are disappointed.

Cool two-room suite, everything is clean, cleaning is regular, next to the beach, for reasonable money. Affectionate cats come, you can feed them))

Very good location of the hotel, near the beach, 7-11, inexpensive cafe for breakfasts 936, and also our favorite restaurant in Kamala Blu Manao. The hotel is far from new, but it is looked after, cleaning is good. Spacious rooms 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with a kitchen in which there is a sofa (does not fold out) you can very comfortably accommodate a family of 4 people. 2 swimming pools located along the hotel buildings give the opportunity to refresh yourself in the off-season when the sea is stormy and you can’t swim in it. For your money, a very good option.

The room was OK, the bedding was comfortable, and it was very convenient to go out. There were 7-11, shops selling swimming equipment, and restaurants nearby. It was not too far from the beach, but there was no elevator, which was a bit troublesome if you had a lot of luggage.

Old hotel, clean but with dilapidated furniture, very central location for Kamala, but in January it was full of people and the beach looked like that of Rimini the sea water not clean. Very noisy hotel until five in the morning you could hear the voice of a guest who was babbling We had asked for a quiet room. Value for money not good, I do not recommend going.

The bed was very uncomfortable, you get stuck in all the springs, we both woke up with a lot of back pain, otherwise everything was fine. They did not take our request into account
