The room is very nice and clean , and the location is near to everything

I'm really upset because I had a booking that I couldn't change, and I called the hotel for help but received no assistance whatsoever. I ended up losing the money I paid for two days of rental.If you need to change your check-in date, there should be a requirement for advance notification or other procedures to help prevent incorrect booking decisions.

The location is super convenient, there are tuk-tuks right outside the door, and it's not far from the beach night market.

The hotel is a bit far from the beach, and the overall service is average. The staff were neither particularly friendly nor rude—just okay. Overall, the experience was average. However, the room view was amazing and definitely a highlight of the stay. One downside was the air conditioning, which seemed quite old and took a long time to cool the room.

A modest hotel with an interior leaning towards a loft style. The rooms are clean. There's a shady pool with a waterfall on the premises, perfect for escaping the daytime heat. The waterfall is rarely turned on. Attention! The rooms might not match the photos on trp.com! I booked a standard room without a balcony, but was given a room on the first floor with a balcony. However, the balcony was like Korolenko's in "Children of the Underground" – half below street level and completely covered by a banner. In essence, you get neither a balcony nor a proper window, plus the lighting is dim, so the room is perpetually dark. They initially refused to change the room immediately, offering to switch it the next day for an extra charge. I declined, promising to mention the room discrepancy in my review. In the end, they upgraded me to a better room with a balcony on the 6th floor for free.

I liked this hotel. Good location and good rooms. Only thing is my side of the hotel hzd no elevators. And the lady at reception during check in was making fun of me and i caught her doing so. Other than that the rest of the staff was nice. Gym is small but better than nothing
