Good location but service not good

Really good hotel for the price. It’s clean the bathroom is very good the room is cozy and the staff is helpful! Good hotel!

After booking another accommodation near here that was more than disappointing we headed here and was welcomed to a clean hotel in a great location.

Not what we expected

Small hotel but nice

The rooms are nice and clean. My friend and I rented a room with a king-size bed. The location is very good. There's a pool. The staff is very attentive and polite.

We stayed here for one night. The shower was great and the pool was nice. It's located right next to the beach, a 5-minute walk away. It's in the center of Kamala.

This is my second time staying here. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. We had a problem with the refrigerator, but they brought a new one within 5 minutes. It's close to the beach, the room is clean, and the housekeeping is excellent. Definitely one of the best in Kamala.

The soundproofing is terrible!!! I got back to the hotel at 9:00 AM, and from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, I could hear the ************ next door! It was incredible—they kept yelling... 😰😰😰 If you're into this, this is the place to stay. At 11:00 AM, I was so sleepy that I fell asleep quickly. Then, around 1:00 AM, the foreigner next door started going crazy again. I couldn't tell if he was drunk or just arguing, but he kept cursing... and even kicking the wall! I woke up, and after listening for a while, I realized it was indeed the neighbor. I called the front desk, and thankfully, they quickly resolved the issue, and he quickly quieted down. I was terrified all night. The water was also really dirty. I took a picture for you guys to see. I wonder if it's the same everywhere else. I didn't even dare wash my face with it, so I had to use mineral water! The room also had a renovated smell, and the air conditioner was old-fashioned and noisy! I originally chose a hotel closer to the airport because I wanted to catch an early flight, but I didn't expect a taxi to the airport to cost 200 RMB! Note that's RMB! I might as well have stayed in Karen or stayed near the airport; it's so noisy anyway. There are no restaurants downstairs, and it's not convenient to eat, so it's not a good choice for a layover. If someone chooses this hotel for this reason like me, I really don't recommend it... In short, the experience is very bad~

The room was nice, exactly as pictured on the website. Clean. There were no windows, so it was much quieter. On the downside, there was no hot water. The staff smiled and did nothing. On the last day, a pipe burst. The water was turned off, but no one was sent to clean up the mess. The water lasted until morning.

A typical old hotel. It's located near the highway, so it's hard to sleep even with earplugs. :( Breakfast is meager.
