The hostel has a rooftop bar plus pool with a beach view, the bar closes at 12am , overall it was a good experience and a chance to meet good friends

The staff here are all so attentive and kind! The hotel is super close to Bangla Road, just over 200 meters away. We didn't have any plans, but the staff were incredibly helpful with their recommendations. We even booked two tours with them and had a blast! The bathrooms were spotless. The staff were always around to assist. There's a co-working space, a lounge area, a drinks station, and a small pool area on the 5th floor. I honestly think this place is fantastic. The AC was a bit chilly, but I understand it's because most of the guests are from Europe. I don't usually take many photos of hotels, but overall, this one was excellent! If you're Thai, they're even happier to have you stay – they really look after you well.

Great hostel nestled in a popular location. We love the rooftop bar with some games provided. The strong aircon in room was perfect after being out in the hot weather. Special shoutout to staff Crystal for being so friendly from the time we check-in till check-out!

Value for money with pleasant receptionists, clean, well organised with all the basic amenities provided. Unbeatable location within walking distance to everywhere and the beach. A safe and pleasant stay for the budget conscious. Love this place. It has good vibe and a cozy place to call home in Patong.

Great hostel, love the concept - Bearpacker incorporate theme from bear, so there's diff levels like panda, polar etc all bears.. even the faucet is bear shape (dang cute) 1. Staff is cool, Nong Saw Fay greeted me and was super nice 2. Location is 500-600m away from bangla street. No clubs near this hostel, hence very peaceful at night 3. Room is very clean with sizable locker, can fit my bag 4. Amenities on 4th or 5th floor is cool, with communal area, rooftop pool etc, just a place to chill Short stay there, but it was memorable

Very noisy hostel at night. Overrated hostel. Toilets are not very clean as well and not working.

Very good hostel vibes and atmosphere, I really recommend it to anyone likes social entertainment.

Location is great. Close to Bangla Road and Patong Beach. There's a great massage parlour right outside. Service and cleanliness are okay. You do need to let them know that you want a bed sheet change though as they don't normally do that unless you're checking out. The only thing I didn't like was the 'No Shoes' inside the hostel. It's just a hassle. Providing slippers or something would've made things easier and a lot less slippery. And the pool pictures are a bit deceiving. The smaller pool/jaccuzi is the hostel's. The other bigger pool is the for the hostel next door. Other than that, it's decent for the price.
