I stayed for 5 days, so here are the pros and cons. Cons: The bathroom drain had a bad odor, and the overall bathroom environment was just okay, requiring some getting used to 🥲. The air conditioning was noisy. On the first night, it made loud clanking noises, exceptionally loud, and it took me a long time to fall asleep. For the following nights, I'm not sure why, but it became just generally noisy, and I managed to sleep alright. The guesthouse is located near Patong Beach, and the surrounding area seemed quite chaotic. There were a lot of ******** shops, which made it feel unsafe for women. My boyfriend and I were hesitant to go out at night. Pros: The bed was very comfortable, and the cleanliness was good. The bedding was changed daily, and I often saw bedsheets drying in the sun in the courtyard. There's a clean and fun swimming pool in the middle of the courtyard. It's a short walk to Banzaan Seafood Market and Big C. There's a 7-Eleven, pharmacy, and some restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Overall, the guesthouse itself offers pretty good value for money. Although when we first checked in, due to the surrounding environment and issues with the bathroom and air conditioning, we almost considered changing accommodations, we adapted to it in the following days and found it quite comfortable. However, I truly **do not recommend staying near Patong Beach**, especially for women.

The room's location is excellent, offering a quiet retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. When I arrived at the hotel after my flight, I was actually quite worried about staying in the Patong area because I was traveling with my mother this time and really hoped it wouldn't be too noisy! To my surprise, it wasn't noisy at all at night, and it's very close to Jungceylon shopping mall and also Patong Beach! I think the value for money here is really great.

The room was spotless and the night staff were incredibly friendly. They even came to warn us about potential heavy rain while we were out at sea, which was very thoughtful. On our last day, we met the owner, who is Chinese. This means the hotel's facilities and services are especially well-suited for Chinese travelers, and he's also quite handsome! Thumbs up 👍 I'd definitely come back!

Located in Phuket's Patong Beach, it's very close to Jungceylon, making dining and shopping extremely convenient. It's also remarkably quiet, away from the hustle and bustle. The pool is excellent; I swam for an entire afternoon, and it's 1.6 meters deep. We booked the Bella boat trip through the owner, and it was a fantastic experience. They provided pick-up and drop-off, and my first snorkeling session was incredibly enjoyable. Our guide, Ah Neng, was also very enthusiastic.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Phuket. The service was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. The location was convenient and made getting around easy. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Hotel was perfect for us , no noise an a night very close to mall a market using the ally at the back , close to very cheap bars , will use this hotel again.

The room was decent, no strange smells, but the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty and the TV wasn't great. There's a drying rack on the balcony and a swimming pool on the first floor. Two bottles of water are provided daily, which was nice. One of the Thai male servers was excellent, definitely recommend him. The female staff, however, were not as good. They were knocking on our door incessantly when we were only a little late checking out, even after staying for 6 days – apparently, 10 extra minutes was too much. They didn't even help with our luggage; she just knocked to rush us out and then left.

There’s no lift in the hotel. Only stairs. It’s quite a distance to main attractions. There’s no tuk tuk or grab available especially when we’re leaving to airport. They dont have any taxi contact too. We have to walk to main road to take tuk tuk..

Quite clean and quiet.

There are no facilities except the small swimming pool, the way to the shopping mall is very untidy and dirty, there is 1000 thb deposit which can be very inconvenient as they gave you an invoice and you have to not forget to bring the invoice back in order to have your refund back when you check out, the toilet leak water around the toilet base which can be quite annoying, otherwise the room is big and is quiet at night, the bed is reasonably comfortable, staff not really wearing smile which I know staff at other hotels seem happier and friendlier.

The guesthouse is very clean and hygienic. Its back entrance is only a 3-minute walk away, offering excellent accessibility. It's a tranquil spot nestled amidst the hustle and bustle, making it incredibly convenient.
