Absolutely amazing in every way!!!!! Beautiful, clean, and refreshing. Their breakfast is delicious and varied, and the staff are incredibly helpful – truly wonderful! Bangtao Beach is one of the most beautiful and enjoyable beaches in Phuket, even though swimming isn't always safe. But it's stunning, and the hotel has lifeguards on duty all the time. 👍🏽 We even got a complimentary ocean view upgrade without asking!

Excellent hotel for the price. It's directly connected to Bangtao Beach and the breakfast is fantastic. There are also 3 swimming pools, so you can enjoy them without feeling crowded~^^

We stayed for a week with our sons, and the hotel was great in every aspect. The huge pool was a big hit—our sons practically lived in it! The food was delicious and varied, which is important when traveling with kids, as there was always something for everyone. The staff were very responsive and friendly; it’s always nice to feel well-cared for on vacation. We will definitely consider this hotel again!

After checking in, we found the air conditioning was broken. The maintenance worker spent over half an hour trying to fix it, but couldn't. It was late at night, and our two children were exhausted and sweating in the hot room. The hotel didn't offer us a room change initially. We had to strongly insist on it before they finally moved us to the room next door. The experience was terrible.

We chose a family room, and the kids had bunk beds, but it turned out to be an older renovation. The key card stopped working immediately; check-in was already late, around 10 PM. In the morning, we asked for a change, and thankfully, the staff handled it quickly. We moved to a room with one large bed, and they added an extra bed for us, which was much more comfortable! This room had been recently renovated! The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the sea! The beach club is super. You step out of the hotel, and there are shops, massage parlors, and a 7-Eleven nearby!

Excellent hotel with high-level service, everything is clean and fresh. The breakfasts are decent with a good variety to choose from. The grounds are spacious and the beach is clean. If you want to sleep in, don't get a room with a pool view, as children start yelling as early as 8 AM.

Another wonderful stay at this beautiful resort with direct beach access. The service has been exceptional from start to finish. The staff have been incredibly helpful with both major and minor requests, and we truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade during the low season. This was my fifth stay here, and I’ll definitely be coming back again. The welcoming atmosphere and consistently outstanding hospitality keep bringing me back. As the resort has been around for a few years now, it may be time to consider some room refreshes, particularly updating the mattresses and bedding. New, crisp, high-quality linens can make a noticeable difference to the overall guest experience. The neighboring Ibis Styles, being a newer property, naturally has exceptionally fresh, crisp bedding, and it would be wonderful to see this resort offer the same level of sleeping comfort while maintaining its own charm. My only other suggestion would be to install a few more fans in the lobby and waiting area, as it can become quite humid while waiting for a taxi or food delivery. I honestly don’t know how the staff manage to work through the midday heat—they do an amazing job despite the conditions. Overall, this remains one of my favorite places to stay, and I look forward to returning for my sixth visit.

Great hotel! This is our first time staying here. It has its own private beach with sun loungers. The breakfasts were delightful, with a wide variety to choose from for every taste.

Excellent hotel with good grounds, delicious breakfasts, and the sea nearby. There's a great swimming area for kids, and it's clean and beautiful. We'll come again. Shops and restaurants are also close by.

An amazing experience from the moment we made our reservation. Communication was excellent even before our arrival—the reservations team responded promptly, acknowledged my partner’s birthday, and thoughtfully prepared the room with a lovely surprise that made our stay even more special. After a long flight and a 40-minute drive to the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the wonderful staff. A special thank you to WA, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel at home from the very beginning. The room was in a fantastic location, spotless, and very comfortable. The food was delicious, and the breakfast offered a great variety with excellent quality. The only thing gym must have more equipment for a big resort like this. Overall, we had a truly memorable stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality. We look forward to returning in the future.

Pros: The entire resort has new facilities with several pools, so it never feels crowded. The private beach is also beautiful. The air conditioning in the room was very strong, and the bathroom vanity was spacious. Cons: The service was a bit slow. We ran out of towels mid-stay and had to call the front desk. It took several hours and two reminders for them to be delivered. Also, all the drinks in the room were chargeable, which led to a 500 THB per night deposit upon check-in. When checking out, we had to wait for them to inspect the room before the deposit could be refunded, which wasted a lot of time! Furthermore, the bedding fabric was quite rough, making it uncomfortable for the skin to sleep on.

The grounds are very clean and well-maintained. Delicious breakfasts. Close to the sea. Good service. Room view of the pool and partial sea view.
