The cliffside sea view is unbeatable, and the service is warm with a rich breakfast. However, the location is remote and inconvenient for getting around, and the facilities are a bit dated. It's suitable for a hotel getaway to escape the world, I like it~

What a wonderful and clean resort, perched upon a cliff in Kamala Beach town in Phuket. Rustic rather than a modern feel, with superb intuitive service from every single staff member that our family of 5 encountered (family ages between 5 years to 80 years). If you want a beachside resort this is not for you, but if you want a resort that provides a superb view of the Andaman Sea, puts cleanliness as a priority and the customer first then do choose this resort. Bonus free shuttle to Kamala beach town every hour between 9am to 7pm! Highlights for our family included: our 2 bedroom family suite with in room pool access, the Ratana Spa ladies, the wonderful à la carte breakfast that could be replenished as needed. The staff also took the utmost care when preparing meals for our son with a nut and sesame anaphylaxis. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful 8 days of rest and relaxation, the service was genuine, intuitive and impeccable at all levels!

The hotel is very peaceful and spacious, with beautiful ocean views. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of healthy options. The hotel is located away from the crowded areas, so it’s perfect if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. If you don’t mind taking transportation to explore other parts of the island, it’s a great choice. They also provide a complimentary shuttle to Kamala Beach every two hours starting from 9 AM, which is very convenient.

This hotel is quite close to Kamala Beach, which isn't too crowded and is generally peaceful. The rooms here are all very spacious, either suites or standalone villas, perched on a hillside with nice views. While the rooms are a bit dated, they are clean and tidy. The hotel staff are all very friendly. The breakfast is fantastic – it's à la carte and made to order, not a buffet, and absolutely delicious!

From the service and facilities to the design, views, location, and even the price, everything met my expectations. The service made us happy throughout our stay, and in my opinion, it deserves a perfect score. However, it's not suitable for those who love lively atmospheres, need family-friendly amenities, or enjoy playing on the beach. But for anyone looking for a beautiful environment that feels a bit secluded but isn't too far off the beaten path, and doesn't necessarily need to go into the sea, it's absolutely perfect. It definitely feels like a real vacation! The breakfast was also great. They even sent a birthday cake for my family's birthday, thanks to Ms. Title for her thoughtfulness and help! I will definitely come back again. The only regret is that the gym was missing a barbell rack for bench presses.

1. I booked a sea-view room but was given a ground-floor room. Not only was it on the ground floor, but it was also below street level. I asked the front desk if I could switch to a second-floor room, but they said no, it was fully booked. 2. The hotel pool wasn't lit at night. The second picture shows what it looked like visually when I was walking by, and the third picture shows it with the flash on. Yes, the shadow cast by the pool edge was actually a deep ditch. I stepped into it while walking and fell. The ditch was quite deep and dirty; I sprained my ankle, scraped my palm, soaked my pants, and ruined my shoes. I reported it to the hotel, and they gave a lukewarm apology, saying, "Sorry, be careful next time." They showed no intention of offering any compensation. Communication through the platform was also ineffective. 3. The room was very noisy. The air conditioning unit was connected to the wall, and it made a low humming sound when it started. 4. The hotel's 'beach' was actually a rocky area. The path leading to it was run-down, and the elevator looked abandoned. 5. The hotel is quite isolated, making it inconvenient to get in and out. The hotel claimed to have a beach shuttle, but it never arrived. The front desk staff's English was very poor, and they didn't seem to care if guests didn't understand them. It felt like there was no service at all. 6. Upon check-in, the hotel first asked how many people were staying. As soon as they heard there was a child, they used a calculator to tell me I had to pay an extra 1200 Thai Baht (for bed + breakfast) or 450 Thai Baht (for breakfast), despite my Ctrip order showing an extra 300 Thai Baht for a child's breakfast. 7. When eating at the hotel, they didn't proactively mention any discounts. When I asked, they said there was 10%, but Ctrip showed 15%. After asking again and involving the platform, they responded, saying they made a mistake and it was indeed 15%.

Fantastic! The breakfast selection was huge and everything tasted great. The room had an amazing view, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. The surrounding area was quiet and comfortable, making it a perfect choice for a vacation. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

The experience was great. The breakfast had a good variety. I scanned the QR code to add the hotel's WeChat, and they were quick to respond and help with any requests I sent via message.

Hands down the best hotel to stay at in Phuket. It's comfortable and has a great vibe. Highly recommend.
