Couldn't ask for a better hotel. Excellent location at a nearby distance from everything in Phuket Old Town, yet far enough from the noisy bars. There was a money exchange nearby and a 7/11, which was great for late night snacks! The shaded parking was a good addition as we had a rental car. Overall, it is definitely recommended and will stay again.

Loved our short stay here! Great location also - walkable to old town, bus station, markets and restaurants, garden, bus stops - perfect! We were worried about having no windows in our room but the size of the room made up for it. Large sized room with large sized bathroom was amazing. We had no issues with anything. Everything worked fine. The cafe downstairs is really cute and great place to relax or socialise. Would definitely recommend!

The older staff there is very unfriendly . But younger one is polite and helpful . The hotel have many mosquitoes.

Lovely big room (i have booked a suite) in this no feills hotel. Was clean, confortable bed, good toilet. At tye wntrance a very cool cafe. Great value for money

Excellent location. In front of the hotel is the free blue electric bus that goes round the Old Town. Turn left of the hotel and there are 2 michellin star restaurants. Opposite is a small mall, but able to get food options in the foodcourt. Walking distance to the shopping streets. Had an enjoyable stay here.

It was close to a mall and the staff are nice and helpful. No deposit collected, fast check in and easy check out.

Close to old town

Hotel is super convenient which is located at the heart of city centre. Night market, convenience stores and shopping malls are nearby. There’s a great dog cafe located cross street. Service is ok. Facilities are quite old but the room is super big. Good choice if you are not interested in staying the room/ enjoying villa’s facilities.

Very nice stay here! Staffs are friendly, Location is 5 minutes walk to the old Town And opposite the hotel is a small mall ,but have food court , and souvenir shop ,not expensive Not so noisy at night ,even though you can still here the music from the bar nearby, but it didn't bother me too much If I come again, I still wanna stay here

I travel to Thailand three or four times a year and countless other places, but this hotel has the worst service I've ever experienced. Our reservation included breakfast for three people, but the front desk and breakfast staff refused to look at my reservation (probably because they couldn't read or understand English). They refused to contact their manager, refused to let me and my child have breakfast, and instead directed me to contact the agency myself. I couldn't let my child go hungry, so I offered to pay upfront. The hotel listed various payment methods, but they insisted I go back and get cash to buy breakfast for my child! Breakfast was just a croissant, with no other options. My child asked for jam, but one staff member said they didn't have it. Another said it would cost 50 baht. I ended up grabbing a spoonful of a dirty jar of jam from the refrigerator! ?! Worst hotel booking experience, I don’t know why the hotel staff are so undertrained and lack basic courtesy and quality. The WORST WORST hotel experience I have ever had in a decade. The hotel staff can’t read their booking confirmation, which printed “3 breakfast included” and refuse to give my child breakfast. They are so illiterate and cannot understand the word “manager”, just keep asking me to pay in CASH for the breakfast, which is already paid for! No other payment methods! I wonder if that’s their way of making their extra income. The breakfast is just coffee and a croissant, one staff answer they don’t have any, another wants to charge us 50ban for the jam. Very rude and unpleasant experience at this place. Avoid it before it’s too late! Room is also very poorly maintained, and even dirty by some standards. I chose this place because it’s close to the Tops, should’ve just go Marriott courtyard. h

The hotel is very very good, clean and tidy, very comfortable, with good air conditioning, balcony for drinking tea and enjoying the scenery, refrigerator, convenient accommodation. The hotel is in an excellent location, the free sightseeing bus stop is on the left, and the central bus station to the airport and Patong Beach is a ten-minute walk on the right. There are many restaurants and cafes, as well as large stores, with delicious and cheap food courts. The hotel staff has a very good attitude and warm service. I strongly recommend this hotel, which is affordable and far exceeds expectations. Five-star praise.
