I absolutely loved this hotel; my overall experience this time was truly wonderful! ❤️ The hotel staff were all very friendly, and the quality of service was excellent. Although we only found out after booking that the hotel's waterslide was under maintenance, and I was a bit worried the kids would be disappointed, the hotel was very thoughtful and provided an inflatable pool for the children to play in. The kids still had a fantastic time! I also have to commend the hotel's breakfast. The variety was incredibly rich with so many choices, and it was included with the stay at no extra charge, which was a huge plus. The shuttle service within the hotel grounds was also very convenient, almost always available on demand, making it easy to get around with kids or luggage. While it was a bit of a shame that the waterslide was under maintenance this time, the hotel's arrangements for service and alternative facilities were very sincere. The overall stay experience wasn't diminished at all. Great service, rich breakfast, family-friendly, and convenient shuttle – this is a hotel I would definitely want to stay at again! A magnificent hotel with beautiful grounds, good rooms, and staff that are beyond excellent 🤗. I especially want to commend Danai, May, and Fon. I stayed for 4 days, wanting to spend time specifically in this location. The breakfasts were fantastic, with a huge variety of dishes and cuisines. There's a good gym that even offers group yoga and Muay Thai classes. The pool by the beach is clean, and there's always a lifeguard on duty. The grounds offer plenty of pleasant activities (table tennis, darts, badminton, chess, ping-pong, mini-football, etc.), and the animators constantly engage with the children. The constantly taking off planes aren't bothersome, and you can't hear them at night. There's a spa center and a small shop on site. Near the hotel, you'll find various restaurants, and a Muay Thai gym isn't far. Electric golf carts circulate around the property.

The only downside was the not-so-clean bathroom; everything else was great. The service was excellent, and the staff were very polite. The location is convenient, close to the airport. It's easy to walk out for food, massages, cheap eats, and there's a 7-Eleven nearby – all very convenient. The golf carts were also very comfortable and the shuttle service was fast, efficient, and excellent. We mainly stayed at the resort to swim, sunbathe, go to the beach, and watch the sunset – it was superb.

The hotel is super, the staff, the service, everything is great. The pool is clean and warm, and there's a large coastline, but swimming isn't allowed.

Today, the hotel staff really infuriated me! They offer a range of activities included in the stay, and one of them is Thai boxing training. My son practices boxing, so this was a priority when choosing the hotel. When we checked in, we were told to come to the lobby at the reception on the designated training day, and they would escort us. We did exactly that – arrived 10 minutes early, announced ourselves, and were told to sit and wait. We waited for 20 minutes, and it turned out the reception staff didn't even know where the training takes place. They tried to send us to the beach, then told us to wait in the lobby even longer. After that, they sent us to the fitness center by local transport, but there was no one there either – the trainer (as other attendees said) hardly ever shows up! We had to return to the reception, and they simply suggested coming another day or signing up for a private session (which I assume is paid)!!! 🔥✊🏻👏👏👏 Bravo!!! They wasted my time and nerves; I could have spent that day doing something else, like going on an excursion! And why is it that when you talk about something good, the staff understands you and some can even speak Russian, but as soon as there's a problem, suddenly nothing is clear!

The rooms are comfortable and suitable for a family. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the airport. The facilities are complete, and the breakfast is plentiful. There are golf carts within the hotel for transfers to the beach or restaurant, which is very convenient.

We booked two Deluxe Rooms (two queen-size beds, with balcony) in February, and in June, we found out the water park was under renovation. We were told there would be extra pools, slides, trampolines, etc., for kids. I had booked for two days before our flight to be closer to the airport, so I didn't cancel the reservation. Plus, I wanted to see the planes take off and land. What I didn't like: The closed water park, constant renovations, fences everywhere, and the noise of drills. The additional facilities for kids didn't compensate for why we booked it in the first place for our 12 and 13-year-olds; they wanted a water park, not an inflatable trampoline for toddlers. The beach was dirty; at least they could have cleaned the trash from the hotel's section of the shore. In the balcony room, it was unbearable to sleep because the balcony door didn't close tightly. Consequently, the noise from the planes taking off made it impossible to sleep, even on the 7th floor of building 9. MINUS: The climate control panel was by the door. In another hotel we stayed at before this one, it was by the bed, so at night, I could turn the AC and lights on and off by feel. PLUSES: Because the water park was closed, upon our request, they upgraded our room category and gave us a large room in building 1. So, we spent our second night there as a family. It had two AC units and a lot of space. The breakfast was good, with plenty of variety! The area was CLEAN and well-maintained, but it didn't have that 'wow' factor. You can't swim at the beach. You have to walk about 2 km towards the 'coral graveyard,' where you can snorkel and see fish, but bottles and trash will accompany you the whole way. Overall, this hotel didn't impress us. Its main advantage is being 20 minutes from the airport.
