Excellent and friendly ,worth the money and great experience

We were blamed for stealing the towel when the housekeeper was the one who didn't give it back! Furthermore, our room caught fire, and we received no proper apology. We were just dragged and given a new room, which was at the end of the road of the resort! It took them half of the day to actually come and apologise....disappointed in handling the situation and negative hospitality.

Our room had direct access to the pool, which was great. The hotel itself is quite large, almost like a Thai garden, and the wooden cabin rooms are spacious. Just a heads-up, you might encounter a few ants. But the swimming pool is definitely a highlight!

Be careful with the extra charges Stayed here recently and the room itself was okay, but the way they handle charges left a bad taste. We asked for a late check-out — just 4 hours — and were charged 1,000 baht. The room itself costs under 700 baht a night. So four extra hours cost us more than a full day. When I asked about it, there was no real explanation, just the number. Then came another 800 baht for two small towels. Towels that weren’t even clean when we got them. Two small towels, 800 baht. They hold a 3,000 baht deposit and it really felt like they were looking for reasons to keep as much of it as they could. That’s the part that bothered me most — not the money itself, but the feeling of being nickel-and-dimed on the way out the door after an otherwise fine stay. If you do stay here, take photos of everything when you check in, especially the linens, and get any late check-out fee confirmed in writing before you agree to it. Not somewhere I’d go back to.

The cleaning was very bad, the service culture was very bad. It was very inconvenient that they did not take dollars or passports as a deposit. The pool was dirty and had a lot of 00-cent paper. The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere and a beautiful design. The room was spacious and comfortable, with soft pillows and a cozy bed. The staff were excellent, and we even received a complimentary room upgrade. This was our second time staying here, and we will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit in the future.

I made a mistake in booking, I entered the wrong date, I immediately requested a cancellation or a change of date, they did not accept either solution. A disaster.

Service too bad, dirty

The hotel room was not clean, the beds were 2 single beds attached together and it was uncomfortable at night the space in between was separating the bed. I was 10mins late to check out, and we ask the housekeeping guy give us 5mins we were packing to leave but the guy at the reception did not even reply our greeting "hello" at least 3 times we said but all i got was "did you check your check out time? " in a very rude and arrogant attitude.
