The hotel is very old and does not match the interior photos shown online. I requested 6 pillows for 3 guests but received only 5. Breakfast was the worst I’ve experienced—very limited options. I had to take food outside for my kids. The biggest issue was checkout confusion. I was verbally confirmed a 2:00 PM late checkout over the phone, but on the checkout day, the receptionist suddenly said checkout was at 12:00 PM. This caused unnecessary stress as we were traveling with a 6-year-old child. When I went to the reception, the staff spoke loudly and in a disrespectful manner. I felt we were treated poorly because the booking was made through Trip.com. We had planned to relax on our last day, but instead were left unsure what to do for 6 hours with a child. Very disappointing experience.

I've stayed here twice already. The service is great, and there's an outdoor swimming pool. Most importantly, it's close to street food, Islamic restaurants, and 7-Eleven, making it really convenient to find food. I'll definitely be staying here again!

Our stay was disappointing, primarily due to several key issues. We were greeted by an unfriendly receptionist at check-in, which was not an ideal start. The resort's location is quite isolated; the better beaches are a significant distance away, and there are very few restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was a particular low point. The selection was repetitive daily, and the quality was poor—the eggs, for instance, were pre-fried and sat in a warmer. Furthermore, the staff began aggressively cleaning and removing food as early as 10:25 AM, making us feel rushed to finish. This property seems best suited for families with young children who are content staying on-site and using the pool, as there is little else conveniently nearby.

It was located in a quiet part of Phuket near kalim beach. The staff was helpful and the room was spacious. Would stay here again

1st time our family visited Thailand and Kalim resort - Phuket is our 1st destination we stayed. The feeling of quiet, clean, close and nice resort impressed us so much... suitable for family tour.. highly appreciated.. Thank you for good service

Very comfortable hotel and very friendly staff. The rooms are very big and its very near to beach. The hotel staff were so sweet to do towel decoration for my parents anniversary. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

You pay for what you get. The room was smelly , breakfast was good and just over one hour from the airport.

Was a great 3-star hotel choice! We got a free upgrade, so thank you. The room came with a bathtub which was ok (the water draining was not very great). The other things were fine. Breakfast was pretty standard and fulfilling. There’s a mini gym with weights and a running treadmill, which was nice. Will come back.

Nice hotel with a reasonably simple good breakfast. Overall we are happy with the stay.
