This hotel is nestled on a hill between Karon and Patong beaches. Each room is built into the terrain, so almost every room offers some degree of sea view. The hotel has quite steep slopes, which is why they provide vehicles to help transport luggage. If you walk up the slopes within the hotel, you'll get an unobstructed view of beautiful sunsets. For our first two nights, the water heater in our room was broken. After repeatedly reminding the hotel, they sent someone to fix it, and it was a relief to finally have hot water for showers. There's no seating inside the room, and the balcony faces west. We found it much more convenient after moving the balcony table and chairs into the room. The hotel breakfast was pretty good. During peak times when seating was scarce, the staff were very attentive and helpful in guiding us to available tables.

The location is beautiful and the view is stunning, especially from the pool and our room. Breakfast was quite nice except on the last day when we had to leave early we were not allowed to take a breakfast away although we asked only 10 minutes before official opening time and we had pre-paid for it. The first room we received was not good. It didn't have anywhere to sit, it was empty besides the bed. Our toilet was also clogged. They got someone to fix it and told us it was fixed but it didn't resolve the problem and we ended up having problems in the night with the toilet. So we asked for a room change. They changed our room which was much better. It had a proper bathroom and furniture besides the bed. This room felt better and more worth the price, and the view was incredible. A big plus is that the hotel offers a ride down to the two beaches, free of charge. Something to note, unrelated to the hotel, is that Grab cars are about 200 Baht just to get up and down the cliff, which is a 6 minute ride that would normally cost no more than 50 Baht. You have the option to take a Grab Scooter, which is 50 Baht. Overall it was a good stay, but we wouldn't stay again longer than one or two nights.

The hotel is located on a hill, quite secluded, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Excellent buffet breakfasts, but you’ll need to take a bike or taxi to get to the shops.

Great Resort with one of the best viewpoint in Phuket. Cleanliness to Behavior of The Hotel Management, everything was just top notch.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Found BLOOD on my sheets upon check in. Our room hasn’t been cleaned when we checked in. Dirt all over and ***** hair in the toilet and on the floor. Went to the Secret Cliff restaurant, we all got food poisoning and the hotel forced me to pay. Although showing them a trip to the doctor at 2:30am. I originally booked for 6 days, stayed one night and couldn’t bear it anymore. Talked to them, no one ever came to clean the room. I booked a sea view. All I saw was rusty rooftops and trees. I spoke to the manager Eak and he GAURANTEED a FULL refund. When we got refund receipt, I was charged for an additional night. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK, deceiving photo’s and scammers.

I stayed for 6 nights in total. Honestly, the room facilities are a bit old, and some might find the location inconvenient, but it wasn't an issue for me since I rented a scooter. I was very pleased with the hotel's view; for this view alone, my room rate was already a great value. My photography skills don't do it justice.

The staffs were very welcoming and the location is at a cliff which gives you good view.. They also arranged for us a small Honey moon flower setup on bed, which my wife was surprised and loved it.. The view from the cafe is excellent as well.. Overall 11/10🥰

Booked for 2 nights. Stuffs were very nice and kind. The rooms however need maintenance. The toilet door was loose and almost coming out. Location is little outskirt however it wasn’t an issue for us, as we were aware of it. The view from the room was stunning. Considering the price it is no brainer. I would definitely recommend the property for a relaxing vacation.

The environment was okay, but the hygiene was subpar. Our duvet had a large stain, and there were a lot of small bugs in the room.

The hotel is fairly priced with good service, but it's a bit far from the city center and the AC in our room was somewhat noisy.

Hotel a little bit far from Karon village, you need a bike to reach there, calm, located on a hill so you need to be physically able to climb it, you may see some insects in the room or nearby the door, AC make noise when turning ON, old TV, and sink in the toilet is not working well.

The view is sooo pretty! The hotel is very decent for that price 🤣

One of the best hotels i have ever stayed in and the view is perfect. The service is top they are very polite and helpful. You will feel like home . One of the staff working there his name is JEE was very helpful and whatever you need they can help you with 😍😍😍

The room was not as expected and the toilet was clogged. Not just my room but also my friend room was clogged. Need proper maintenance.
