What a hidden gem! The hotel was spotless, cozy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Waking up to stunning cliff and sea views, then ending the day with a breathtaking sunset, was unforgettable. The sea-view pool was peaceful and private, and having a restaurant on-site made everything so convenient. The breakfast was such a pleasant surprise, delicious, generous, and far beyond what we expected. Amazing value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing seaside escape.

Service is pretty good, but prices are there times higher than outside. I enjoyed the view and swimming pool. Breakfast is also very good and many options available.

The housekeeping service is very poor. They have a scheduled time but only come when they feel like it. Additionally, the room is always infested with insects and reptiles 👎🏻

The housekeeping at this hotel is unacceptable. They never replenished the disposable hair caps and only changed the towels and water bottles. To make matters worse, I found cockroaches in the room, which is extremely unhygienic and unsafe, especially for small children. While the male staff were polite, the female receptionist was incredibly rude. I called to complain about the room issues, and though she said she noted it, nothing was done. She was also very disrespectful toward my friend. Even though I informed the front desk that my guest was coming to my room, they refused to let him in. They insisted that I come down to the lobby myself, which wasted a lot of my time since I had to take a shuttle to get there. This is not my first time in Phuket or at this hotel, but I am deeply disappointed. Despite booking three rooms, I received no respect or quality service. I could overlook the poor breakfast, but I cannot tolerate such unhygienic conditions and terrible service. I will never stay here again and will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good view god food and good vibes

Wonderful location between Patong and Karon beaches. Easy to get to with Grab. Staff very friendly. Nice pool. Great views

This hotel is nestled on a hill between Karon and Patong beaches. Each room is built into the terrain, so almost every room offers some degree of sea view. The hotel has quite steep slopes, which is why they provide vehicles to help transport luggage. If you walk up the slopes within the hotel, you'll get an unobstructed view of beautiful sunsets. For our first two nights, the water heater in our room was broken. After repeatedly reminding the hotel, they sent someone to fix it, and it was a relief to finally have hot water for showers. There's no seating inside the room, and the balcony faces west. We found it much more convenient after moving the balcony table and chairs into the room. The hotel breakfast was pretty good. During peak times when seating was scarce, the staff were very attentive and helpful in guiding us to available tables.

When we were checking in at night, we had to deal with a young guy who had a disgusting attitude. Disrespectful and uneducated people are everywhere, but Thais have been treating Turks weirdly for the last 3 to 5 years—maybe the hotel owner is making them do it on purpose. The rooms are very old and the toilet smells. Also, the gardeners disturb us in the morning

The location is beautiful and the view is stunning, especially from the pool and our room. Breakfast was quite nice except on the last day when we had to leave early we were not allowed to take a breakfast away although we asked only 10 minutes before official opening time and we had pre-paid for it. The first room we received was not good. It didn't have anywhere to sit, it was empty besides the bed. Our toilet was also clogged. They got someone to fix it and told us it was fixed but it didn't resolve the problem and we ended up having problems in the night with the toilet. So we asked for a room change. They changed our room which was much better. It had a proper bathroom and furniture besides the bed. This room felt better and more worth the price, and the view was incredible. A big plus is that the hotel offers a ride down to the two beaches, free of charge. Something to note, unrelated to the hotel, is that Grab cars are about 200 Baht just to get up and down the cliff, which is a 6 minute ride that would normally cost no more than 50 Baht. You have the option to take a Grab Scooter, which is 50 Baht. Overall it was a good stay, but we wouldn't stay again longer than one or two nights.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing stay! The room had a stunning cliffside ocean view, and the infinity pool overlooking the sea was absolutely beautiful. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place, and I would definitely come back!

The hotel is located on a hill, quite secluded, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Excellent buffet breakfasts, but you’ll need to take a bike or taxi to get to the shops.
