It ‘s in convenient location but a bit old and used. Staffs are friendly. Quiet and not really noisy trouble even in crowded Patong are.

This is the worst hotel I've stayed at in Patong. The bedsheets were stained, the shower had terrible water pressure, and there were no slippers. The room was old and dirty. It's definitely not worth the price in Patong and completely different from the description. Everyone, please be cautious. The staff even gave me the wrong key on a weekday, assigning me a room that was already occupied by another guest. The experience was just awful.

The hotel is in an excellent location,if you don't want to stay on the busy and noisy beach road. There is a 7 Eleven opposite the road and it's a very quick walk to beach road. The staff was helpful, but the room was not always cleaned very well and the room itself was a bit old and rundown. The towels were old and thin and there was no slippers to wear inside. The fan and ac unit was great and convenient and the pool was lovely to use after sightseeing or shopping.

Hotel is very simple, pool is not bad, breakfast is average. But room is nice and staff is friendly and helpful, especially maid and the staff at breakfast. The biggest problem for us was really strong noise from outside as hotel is located on the road, so you can hear all the cars the whole night. However reception helped us to change the room for other less noisy.

Great location, right next to the night market, and there's a 7-Eleven directly opposite. In winter, when prices are usually soaring, their rates were quite reasonable. If I had to pick a fault, it's an older hotel and there aren't enough power outlets, which was a bit inconvenient.

Everything was perfect for me, the only negative point I have was that there was no small table outside on the balcony so you had to put your cup of coffee on the floor if you wanted to enjoy it.

It's comparable to a 3-star hotel in China, and the breakfast is decent. The hotel isn't very big, with two buildings surrounding the pool. It's a bit far from the popular attractions, but the massage place right outside is good, and it's close to 7-Eleven. If the price is right, it's an option.

They changed the sheets and duvet cover twice, but there were still stains. I'm speechless. The front desk staff seemed a bit discriminatory towards Chinese guests; they were completely impatient when I spoke to them. I definitely won't be coming back. At around 1000 per night, the attitude was terrible and the service didn't match the price.

The room was very noisy, located right by the street. If you're traveling with family and kids, do not choose this place. It's too loud with motorcycles constantly roaring by. Make sure to tell the front desk that you don't want a street-facing room. And seriously, don't stay in Patong if you have kids. It's no different from Pattaya, just noisy.

Great location—right across from a 7-Eleven and less than a 5-minute walk to Patong Beach. The room is spacious with a large bed, though a bit hard. The bathroom is well-designed, featuring separate shower and a large bathtub.

Good location and short walk to the beach. Road next to hotel is noisy, but so is whole Patong area.

Close to the beach, only 5 min walk, with great location as it’s close to a lot of shops. Clean and well maintained, with nice bathroom. Breakfast was good. Underrated hotel in patong beach
