The biggest pros here are the location and the excellent service. The apartments are in Patong, yet nicely secluded from all the noise. The staff is always helpful and will do everything they can to assist with your requests. On the downside, the building is a bit old, and there isn't really a mosquito net; it's just a regular door to the balcony. However, for the price, location, and service, you can easily overlook these minor issues. I highly recommend these apartments!

Because it is a new house, I am a little worried about the air quality. The air conditioner is noisy. There is a forest behind, and there are mosquitoes when the doors and windows are open.

Excessively expensive for what it is. I was a little disappointed. For less than half of the price, I had a much better room in Phuket town.
