The room's ventilation wasn't great; the AC had to be on constantly. However, the cleanliness was fine, and there was a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk. Overall, it's pretty good. It's a five-minute walk to Li Old Street, and there are plenty of restaurants to check out nearby.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. It offered a 180-degree view of both the sea and mountains, including a glimpse of the Big Buddha. It's very close to Old Town and within walking distance of Saphan Hin Park. Breakfast was plentiful. The only minor downside was that the shower water temperature was inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold.

The room is simple and clean, with comfortable bedding. The best part is its excellent location for exploring the Old City – just a 10-15 minute walk to the weekend night market. The pool and pool bar on the fourth floor catch a nice breeze during the day, which is really pleasant this time of year. Breakfast was also good, making it great value for money.

Overall, it was okay, but two things were a bit inconvenient: 1: The bedside outlet was too far from the bed, making charging very inconvenient. I couldn't use my phone while it was charging there. 2: When I was checking out, I was clearly in line first, but they skipped me and processed someone from another country. Are they looking down on Chinese people? The negative review for the service is for the woman who handled the check-out.

This is an excellent hotel with incredible service. The bed was so comfortable. Definitely highly recommend!

Service: Compared to Courtyard by Marriott Patong, the service here is much more enthusiastic and attentive. They proactively helped us with our luggage. Facilities: Quite basic. The room didn't have a scale, and the bathroom floor was incredibly slippery – you have to be very careful. Plus, the shower water temperature was unstable, constantly switching between hot and cold, which was a really unpleasant experience. Cleanliness: Decent. Environment: The location is excellent. It's very convenient for getting to all parts of Phuket Town, which was the main reason we chose it.

Staying at this hotel in Phuket Town is a good choice. I've stayed here twice. Facilities: Quite new. There's an infinity pool, which is very clean. Cleanliness: The room was very clean, and the bathroom had no odor. Environment: It's a short walk to the old town and there's a local market and a large 7-Eleven nearby. Service: The star-rated service is very professional; the front desk and restaurant staff are enthusiastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

We booked two rooms for two nights for four people. On the first day we arrived, no one helped us with our luggage, but I saw a bellboy go over to help a car full of Westerners with theirs. There was a clear difference in treatment, and it was the same on the day we left – we were completely ignored. The breakfast was delicious! And the breakfast staff were incredibly attentive, a stark contrast to the front desk. The room itself was hard to describe. There was basically no soundproofing; we could clearly hear vacuuming and conversations from upstairs. The bathroom had a foul odor, and the shower water kept fluctuating between hot and cold. At this price, I would not recommend staying here!

I was given a high floor room. The service was so good I had a day trip so I checked out super early but when I came back I could still use the shower facility and everything was smooth.. breakfast coffee was made by a barrister

The room's cleanliness was acceptable, but the soundproofing was poor. The service wasn't enthusiastic, and the hotel interior felt chaotic. When we tried to check in around 2 PM, everyone ahead of us got their room cards successfully, but we were told we had to wait until 3 PM. I'm not sure why. This hotel isn't cheap for Phuket Town, but the service is practically non-existent. I won't be staying here again.

Quiet town and serenity can be achieved in this sleepy old town with character

Amazing hotel very clean and nice ambience. Location was nice near old phuket town so alot of small shop houses. Old school vibes. Hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast had a wide variety of international and Asian cuisines too. Nice options too chose from. Staff at the restaurant always smiling and ready to serve. I had left my cell phone there during check out and went for a quick massage. Called them up to let them know. Glad the staff was honest enough to return it to reception and keep for me safely. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, close to both the station and the city center, all within walking distance. The room was neat and clean, with excellent soundproofing and a wide-open view.

Facilities: Well-maintained Cleanliness: Clean and good Surrounding shopping facilities include supermarkets and numerous restaurants, making dining convenient. It faces a plaza, offering easy transportation access. The plaza's night view is beautiful, perfect for an evening stroll, and the nightlife is vibrant.
