I had a pleasant stay at Bedline Hotel Phuket. The counter staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our visit. They assisted us with arranging drivers, recommended places of interest, and were always willing to help with any questions we had. Their English is also very fluent, which made communication easy and smooth. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay with great service from the team.

standard twin room is clean, quiet peaceful and staff excellent service.

Location is good, near PHUKET OLD TOWN. Room is big and clean enough. Love the service from the reception.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Nice rooms with lots of space.

Extremely disappointed with my stay. The room was incredibly dirty and clearly not properly maintained. For the high price charged, the quality is nowhere near acceptable. The location is also inconvenient. To make matters worse, there were groups of loud tourists and the smell of ******** everywhere, which was very disturbing. The staff seemed helpless and couldn't manage the situation at all. I definitely won't be coming back.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities provided were more than enough for a pleasant stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made the experience even better. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again in the future

Decent hotel good for a stop gap and a quick explore around old town, wouldn’t stay there for more than 2 nights though

I like the aesthetic of the room. Clean, not smelly, the view is giving and very easy to check in and checkout. Might come back again hihi
