The accommodation is beautiful and worth the price. It's right by the beach, with convenience stores nearby and close to entertainment venues. You can walk to Bangla Road and also easily access the beachfront.

Despite the ongoing renovations, the hotel, especially the pool, is excellent. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back.

The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the service is still good. The renovation next door was quite noisy recently. For its value, it's decent, and it's close to the beach. The rooftop pool is quite dirty, so I don't recommend swimming in it.

Great location just 5 minutes walking to the beach. Clean room and spacious. Near to the famous Bangla Road. 7-11 is across the road and halal food is easy to find nearby the hotel.

Good hotel with a great location for affordable price for young people. Don’t get connecting rooms otherwise you’ll hear everything whats happening wurh the neighbors behind the door during the day and at night. Soundproofing is not teally good even not in the connecting rooms.

The place is decent, but the staff talking loudly in the hallway at night was a bit much, I could hear everything. They should really try to keep it down, especially since there are guests around.

Good points: Spacious enough for a solo traveler. A convenience store right in front of the hotel. Bad points: The air conditioner smelled moldy, and the odor transferred to the sheets. The smell wasn't too bad with the AC off, but I noticed it when I re-entered the room after being out.

The only downside of my Phuket and Chiang Mai trip. Seriously, don't book this place, folks! The locals in Phuket are lovely, and the scenery is beautiful. But definitely avoid this hotel in the Patong area. The entire room was incredibly damp and had a strong musty smell. I got sick after just one night, and the replacement room wasn't much better. There are construction sites and dust everywhere outside. The air conditioning hasn't been cleaned in probably a decade. The surrounding roads are under constant repair all day long, making it very dusty. And the street vendors are constantly loud and soliciting.

It was spacious and clean! There were a few bugs, but I managed to have a comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Beyond Patong. The location is fantastic — super central and only about 100 metres from Patong Beach. There’s a huge variety of local Thai and Western food nearby, and you’re within easy walking distance of the bars and nightlife. Despite being so close to everything, the hotel itself was surprisingly peaceful. We never found the surrounding nightlife noisy enough to disturb our sleep, which gives you the best of both worlds. The staff were wonderful throughout our stay — genuinely friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The hotel also has great amenities, including a lovely rooftop pool. Overall, it’s a comfortable, convenient and well-located hotel that we would happily stay at again.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Beyond Patong. Unfortunately, the hotel was nothing like what I expected from the photos online. The layout of the hotel is incredibly inconvenient. The distance between the lobby, elevators, and our room was ridiculously long. Every single time we wanted to reach our room, we had to walk through long corridors and even cross another block. It became exhausting and frustrating very quickly. The balcony was another major disappointment. It felt more like a prison cell than a proper hotel balcony, with a tiny opening/window and a very enclosed design. This was completely different from the impression given by the photos online. There were also prominent signs about camera surveillance around the entrance and exit areas. Combined with the enclosed design and long corridors, the whole atmosphere felt uncomfortable rather than relaxing. To make matters worse, I was charged 3,000 THB for smoking on the balcony. I had already paid a 3,000 THB deposit at check-in, and this experience only added to my frustration with the hotel. Overall, the biggest problem is that the reality did not match my expectations based on the online presentation. I came here expecting an enjoyable holiday experience and left deeply disappointed. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this hotel carefully check recent guest photos and reviews before booking. Based on my personal experience, I would not stay here again.

The shower water was inconsistent, alternating between hot and cold, and the temperature couldn't be adjusted. It was also extremely hot, making it easy to get scalded. Very spacious room with a huge and comfortable bed. It's just a minute's walk to the sea, and the view from the pool is simply wow! 😍 It's a shame, though, that during our stay, the pool only operated until 7 PM. The staff are very friendly and polite. Everything you need is nearby: hundreds of restaurants for every taste, tour desks, massage parlors, laundry services, and many other entertainments. By the way, downstairs in the food court, there's a Shabu buffet restaurant with unlimited meat, sushi, and rolls. I recommend visiting that too. The room is cleaned daily, and the bed linen and all towels are changed every day. We really liked the hotel. The only downside, which we managed to fix ourselves within a couple of days, was a musty smell upon check-in. We asked to change rooms, but there were no available rooms in the same category. So, we turned on the air conditioner to dehumidifier mode and left it on for 24 hours. I can attribute this to the low, rainy season, and most likely, no one had stayed in our room for a while. Overall, I recommend this hotel.
