The rooms are good and the service is attentive. The hotel's complimentary breakfast is delicious, and the hotel's restaurant is also quite good. The sea view is beautiful and perfect for photos. They even take you to watch the sunset at 5:30 PM, which is stunning. However, the paths within the hotel aren't paved; they're all soft white sand, but each accommodation area has a tap to rinse your feet off. There weren't many people, so the experience was excellent.

The facilities are terrible, like a countryside guesthouse. The shower head looks like a 10-yuan Pinduoduo special that's been used for 5 years, with 50% of the nozzles blocked. The service attitude was good though, the staff were responsive. I won't be returning. It feels like the owner went bankrupt during a financial crisis and just left the facilities as they were. They're just focused on making money from whoever shows up, absolutely refusing to spend an extra cent on upgrades.

I stayed at both of the relatively more affordable hotels on the island. The price of just over 500 RMB during the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday was really good! The service was very warm; staff would greet you kindly when passing by. The room was much better than I expected, and the second-floor room we got was also nice – I didn't feel discriminated against. They even decorated the room for us without a prior email request. The shower water was quite clean (I brought my own shower head, and the water didn't change color much after bathing, which was much better quality than the other hotel). Individually, the restaurant's dishes seemed a bit pricey, but with the discount coupon provided, it was only a little over 100 RMB for two, and the taste was quite good, with excellent views! They also take guests to watch the sunset at 5:30 PM, and they even helped us contact our next hotel for our transfer the following day.

For this price, the environment is really good. However, the facilities are quite poor, the roads are difficult to navigate, and service is almost non-existent as everyone seems a bit cold and the individual villas are quite far apart, so you don't really feel like you're getting much service. The sea is indeed beautiful. Breakfast options are limited but sufficient for basic needs.

This is a really great hotel at a good price. We stayed in two room categories: the 'chino' rooms and the two-story bungalows. The 'chino' rooms were a bit dark, and the bungalows were a little cramped, but since we only slept in the room, it was fine! We visited twice during our vacation and wanted to go again, but they cancelled the free speedboat transfer, making the price significantly higher. There are 3 beaches on the island, all very different and each good in its own way 👍🏻 Overall, the price-quality ratio is justified. The Racha hotel next door is, of course, many times better, but also five times more expensive – we stayed there last time. We were completely satisfied 👌🏻 I recommend it for 2-3 nights.

Far exceeded our expectations! This is a very peaceful hotel on the island, offering incredible value for money. It's very close to the beach, and all the staff are incredibly welcoming! Definitely order the crab at the restaurant – our kids had at least two crabs every meal, prepared in different ways! It's just a five-minute drive from the cliff sunset viewpoint, and the hotel thoughtfully provides a dedicated car service. Highly recommend!

The room type was very different from the photos on Trip.com. Also, housekeeping knocked on the door at 9 AM to clean, and later in the afternoon, there was loud knocking again, which turned out to be a luggage delivery mix-up.

There was still blood from the previous guest on the sheets, and the whole room smelled musty. 80% of the tourists on the island were Chinese. It's true that Chinese people can fly. The pillows were moldy.

Full of holiday vibes, I really enjoyed it. The environment is great, the service is excellent, the food is delicious, and the transportation is convenient. Plus, there are plenty of amenities nearby. It's definitely worth another visit, and the price isn't too expensive either.

Absolutely terrible, a scam. It completely changed my perception of hotels. If you don't want to run a good business, then don't open one, why bother disgusting people? The bedding obviously isn't washed; it reeked of body odor. What hotel in Thailand doesn't host Indian guests? Are they unaware that plastic kettles from the last century are toxic? They clearly treat customers like dirt. The pool bar has been abandoned for years. I suspect the main owner of the hotel passed away, as it's almost empty and eerily creepy. I felt so bad I didn't even want to post about it. Seriously, don't stay here. There's no maintenance; I saw a seven-inch green snake in the bushes, and there were black caterpillars all over by the pool. It was horrifying.

The sea views here can't compare to Racha; they're not in the same league. However, it's definitely cheap, I'd even say incredibly cheap, especially considering the service provided, including round-trip speedboat transfers, breakfast, and luggage delivery to the room.

The bathroom in the hotel had a strange smell. The area outside the room wasn't great, with dirt roads everywhere. The restaurant food was decent, and the hotel staff were friendly, but check-in wasn't until 3 PM.

This hotel is definitely not suitable for families with children. The extra costs for an additional person, such as the speedboat fee to the island and extra bed charges, are enough to book another room entirely. However, the location is pretty good. You can rent a scooter right at the front desk, and riding it around to explore is quite enjoyable.

Avoid this place! Besides the beach, everything else was a disaster!! 1. No hot water for showering in the room. When I asked the front desk, they said I needed to turn it on and wait ten minutes. I waited half an hour, and it was still only lukewarm. 2. There's no phone in the room. You have to use your mobile, but the number provided by the front desk was basically impossible to get through to. 3. There are no other restaurants nearby, and the hotel restaurant is terrible. I don't mean it's just a different taste; I mean the food simply isn't prepared well. The beef was incredibly tough, the fried chicken was unseasoned breast meat, and even the fries were soggy. When I asked about their cooking methods, their attitude was awful. They said no one else complained, why are we the only ones? They insisted it was our problem, that's just how the food is. The manager couldn't speak English, so communication was impossible. When we tried to talk to the front desk, they immediately gave us an exaggerated 'Oh my god, please just leave, thank you!' attitude, using dramatic body language. I don't know if the staff are underpaid or what, but I saw them all on their phones. Earlier, they even brought us the wrong dishes twice. 4. We finally reached a resolution around 10 PM – no refund, but they'd send food to us the next day. Honestly, if that had been the end of it, I wouldn't have had a huge issue. But the next day, when we went to eat, I had to proactively remind the manager about this compensation. We stood there in the heat, watching them jabber in Thai for ages before they finally nodded and confirmed it. And their attitude was still terrible. As soon as the food arrived, they told us to pay for the drinks. 5. Something I personally found unacceptable: the hotel requires you to go barefoot indoors, but the hygiene is terrible. I stepped in sand all over the lobby waiting to check in, then tracked it into the restaurant. What's the point of going barefoot if everything is so dirty?
