Sawaddi Patong Resort & Spa by Tolani

Very close to 7-Eleven. It takes about a 17-minute walk to Big C and the center of Patong. The only downside is the poor soundproofing. My friend and I encountered some [redacted] on our last night.

The staff provided excellent service, especially the lady at the front desk – very impressive. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with all amenities. Both swimming pools were beautiful. The breakfast was very good. I really liked it and will definitely be returning often. The first time I went with my girlfriend, the second time with my girlfriend, and the third time I stayed alone... 10/1000, no complaints at all.

The shower water pressure was unstable, constantly fluctuating between hot and cold. The sink drain was also clogged. The most frightening thing was that in the morning, a foreigner loudly knocked on the door and then just opened it and walked right in! Is it possible that the key cards are universal? This is the first time something like this has happened to me after so many days in Thailand. It was terrifying! I was in a hurry to get to the airport, so I didn't argue with the hotel.

Daily cleaning, but it's not done very thoroughly. The hotel is often full and not very family-friendly. The location is good, close to everything. Breakfast is poor; they don't change the menu – it's the same things every day (halal menu). There are two nice pools.

It's safe and peaceful enough, and there are two swimming pools, breakfast, a coffee shop, and seating areas.

Its location is excellent, very close to Arab Street. The staff are cheerful and kind, but the downside to the room is that the bathroom isn't clean and needs maintenance. I didn't use the swimming pool because there were always Indians soaking themselves in it. And I can't forget how close it is to 7-Eleven, which is important.

The hotel location is good in Patong, but the room's soundproofing is very poor. You can hear people walking and talking outside. Also, the small pillowcases in our room were dirty with chewing gum stuck on them. We reported it to the hotel, and they eventually replaced them with new ones.
