The balcony outside the room wasn't very clean. The doorknob was a bit confusing, and I didn't feel very secure with the door. There was some noise because it's right by the road, so light sleepers might need earplugs. The location is good, being right on the main road, making travel easy, and it's close to tourist attractions and food options. The room was cheap, and the quality was fair for the price if you're not too picky and plan to spend more time outside the room.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. The location is excellent — the beach is only about a 10–15 minute walk, and there are plenty of shops nearby, so everything you might need is close at hand. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money — the price is very reasonable for the quality you get. I would definitely consider staying here again!

The location is fine, many restaurants in the area, offering delicious local food and international choices. The famous Patong beach is within walking distance. The hotel people are nice. They cleaned the room everyday. But the hotel facilities are somewhat outdated. There seemed to be no WiFi in the hotel room, only available in the common area, such as the lobby in the ground floor.

The hotel overall is good, it's really not bad. A few Things to know if you plan to stay there. Not so good: - The room is pretty old and I had no mashing machine in the room (I did not care about the washing machine, it just needs to be mentioned) - The water in the shower never got hot, it got to a temperature that's just a bit better than being in a cold shower - The toilet stopped working (The cleaning people fixed that without me asking so 10 points for that) - Delivery people can't get to your room so you need to go down and collect (Not a problem just a bit annoying) - The walls are pretty thin but it never bothered me while I was sleeping I think that's it for the negative part. Keep in mind non of these things really bothered me. Good things: - Nice location - Friendly staff - About 15 min to beach, not main part but beach - Clean room, comfy bed and everything you need including a microwave, stove and if you're lucky a washing machine.
