Grand Hotel, Piešťany. Stay from November 3–6, 2025. Two persons. A very disappointing experience at a property rated as 4 stars but not reflecting that standard at all. • Room never cleaned during three days, fridge switched off and full of mold. • Bathroom in terrible condition: limescale in the toilet, mold in the shower, small and impractical sink, unhygienic fittings. • Breakfast poor and of low quality; shockingly, coffee was charged as an extra despite being included. • Relaxation area with jacuzzi dirty and neglected. • Safe unstable and insecure, easily removable. In summary: neglected property, inadequate services, and quality far below expectations. The four-star rating is completely unjustified.
