The room air conditioner was broken, my boyfriend and I experience a cold all night as the weather was also cold, the was also roof was releasing some cold cold air when the lights were turned on, which impacted my boyfriends sinus and hance he was having trouble breathing and sleeping at night he had to put some clothing on his nose to get warm air, the geyser was switched off when i checked in, the was not hot water to shower i had to go and ask at the reception to get hot water which was very unorganized, the were the sink table had a massive crack crack and i had to be careful with it when holding it as it could have easily broken on my hands, though it must be noted that the place had a good and variety of breakfast in the morning and i was able to go back to retrieve my forgotten clothes after a week and the staff was very friendly and helpful
