Beautiful and well maintained place, friendly and helpful staff to satisfy, as far as possible, our every request. Clean pool and bar area. Excellent shuttle service. 15 minutes from the sea, it is a pity that the road has no sidewalk at times. However, we could gladly return

We spent 5 days at the residence to unplug and I must say: mission accomplished! Very clean apartment, new, well equipped with everything (sorry, bed linen, dishes etc.) recently renovated, small buildings. We had a large double room with also a bunk bed, kitchen with sofa bed and bathroom. Very kind and super helpful staff. The apartments are located a little outside the seafront but in a quiet area and you can easily reach the center / promenade of Pietra on foot or by bike. Being winter we couldn't use the swimming pool but just seeing it made us want to go back in the summer☺. There is also a small playground and the possibility of using bicycles. We enjoyed it. A nice experience!

Mid-July we are desperate for a residence to spend our holidays and we come across the Holidays page by chance. Do you believe in luck? From now on, yes. A sort of mini "village" with clean and well equipped apartments, nothing is missing !!! Everything is as in the photos, a well-stocked pool bar open from breakfast to after dinner, a small playground but with everything you need to entertain young and old children. Barbecue corner for those who want to devote themselves to grilling, entertainment for children and themed evenings which, in compliance with COVID rules, allow you to find a bit of normality. Excellent shuttle service to and from the beach and the center of Pietra. Last but not least THANKS to the fantastic staff, first of all Melania who with her smile and her sweetness made us feel at home. A special mention to the owner Mario always kind, helpful and smiling. In short, we really spent a wonderful, carefree, cheerful holiday and made new friends. Il residence è composto da palazzine "miste": ossia gli alloggi non sono esclusivi della struttura e dunque l'accesso è consentito a tutti. Il monolocale rispetto alle foto online si è rivelato "accomodato" ma decisamente datato (porta in legno degli anni sessanta, buco sulla porta del bagno, frigorifero rumoroso staccato alla notte per dormire). Il divano letto era di scarsa qualità con un materasso molto scomodo. Il bagno aveva evidenti carenze di pulizia (capelli nella griglia della doccia: non è un buon segnale di igiene!). Seppur discosto dal centro cittadino, il riposo notturno non è garantito per il notevole traffico e per il contiguo campo sportivo (forte illuminazione, schiamazzi del tifo e dei giocatori). La piscina è piccola e spesso piena di foglie. Per lo stesso prezzo ci sono alternative decisamente di qualità superiore.

l'appartamento è veramente bello, due bei balconi con vista, comodo per 6 persone , con tutti i confort necessari per un piacevole soggiorno pulito, comodo anche il parcheggio. a due minuti dal centro di pietra ligure

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, alles sehr gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Schon der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Auch die Leute in der Poolbar waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einzig Abzug gibt das Sofa- Bett mit viel zu weicher Matraze

Residenza famigliare, ben gestita ed oragnizzata in modo ideale. Pratica la zona piscina con adiacente il bar e il parchetto con giochi per tutte le età. Location situata a pochi minuti sia dal centro paese sia dal mare e la residenza fornisce anche un servizio navetta gratuito. Il personale è cordiale, disponibile e propositivo, in questo residence non ci si annoia.
