Terrible

This hotel was so nasty! It had ***** hair in the bathtub and in the Jacuzzi and there was a nasty used wash rag in the jacuzzi a band-aide on the sheet please be aware of this nasty place

I loved the staff. I was disappointed with the room and the location of the room.

This hotel was absolutely horrible.We did not arrive until after midnight because we had a thirteen hour drive from florida. The man working the front desk was rude. We went to our room, got everything.Set down went to turn on the heat because it was thirty degrees outside and it didn't work. We made multiple attempts to call the front desk. Nobody would ever answer. So we had to walk to the front desk to find some Help. We were then put into another room. That was absolutely disgusting. There was bold all over the shower curtain. The beds had stains on the linen. There was food under the beds and there was some type of substance growing on the back of the door I spent 3 hours on a chat with somebody from Travelocity The rep herself could not contact anyone from the hotel's front office.Because they left. I would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

0 star if I could. It was completely horrible. Locks missing on the doors, mold/mildew in the showers and doors, bugs in the beds, inside the rooms and outside looks like it was cleaned 2 years. Never stay here unless you like living in the dump.

The staff was horrible aggressive and very hostile not supportive at all and even called the authorities on me. As a friendly customer the experience left me feeling awful and will never reserve or book with Howard Johnson ever and will recommend anyone to reconsider a stay with them.. I highly suggest they train staff to improve the service and transaction to customer satisfaction

Hair on towels shower constantly dripping bed were uncomfortable and lets not talk about the breakfast were you supposed to have other things other than a granola bar and coffee I'm sorry it's called a grab and go that's not what you advertised

the couch was covered with stains & looked as if they found it on the side of the road. I asked for another room and the front door had somthing pudding like smeared down the front door. Does not look anything like the pictures. Then they charged me for 2 rooms. Trying to get my money back. Howard Johnson said I had to call ******* since that is who I booked thru. ******* cannot reach anyone via phone and email. Still awaiting refund.Been 3 weeks since request and have not heard anything back from *******. I will not use either companies again!

The blow dryer didn't work , the one bed had mascara stains on the sheets I had one clean towel to use that was not dirty along with being folded up . I had a small single serve coffee maker in the room but no coffee I asked and was told no we don't supply coffee! It was very dirty I cleaned around and made it work but so happy to check out and be on my way! Never again Howard Johnsons you didn't even try to make things right!
