The Pinetop Adventure Lodge is a beautifully unique house like nothing you’ve ever seen! Each room is themed around the many activities and adventures you can have in the White Mountains. We designed every aspect of the Pinetop Adventure lodge with YOU in mind. This Lodge is perfect for large family/friend groups or reunions. As you enter the Lodge you will be greeted by a huge common area that has a cozy fireplace in the corner (it’s on with the flip of a switch!), and the most comfortable couches and recliners you’ve ever sat in (you’ll see!). The large fully stocked kitchen with beautiful granite countertops will be your centerpiece for activity in the home, right next to the large dining area with huge dining table and we have extra table and chairs if needed as well. Just beyond the kitchen you’ll find the first master suite (there are 3), the Forest Themed Family Suite. The custom king bed is a massive work of art, custom made for this unique experience, and oh so comfy! There is a door with private access to the back porch from this room as well! The bathroom has a spa tub to relax your body from a long day in the mountains, and separate shower. This suite has another bedroom attached, specifically suited for children. The custom bunk bed and mattress underneath will sleep 3. This room is full of kids toys, books, a recliner, and has a desk for a designated office area as well.The powder room is also located just down the hall from the Family Master, and the laundry room with an XL washer and 2 dryers is at the end of the hall. Going up the staircase on that side of the house you will find the Happy Camper room which sleeps 7 (including extra twin in closet), the Snowboarding room which can also sleep 7 (extra twin in closet), a large bathroom designed for several people at a time, and the game room at the end of the hall (there is a queen pull out couch in the game room as well if needed). Crossing to the other side of the main floor you find the 2nd Master, which is the Horse themed room. This room has a comfy king sized bed and private bath and large walk-in closet. Down the hall the 3rd Master is the Lake themed room, with a queen, twin bunk bed and extra twin in the closet as needed (can sleep up to 5), with beautiful view out the front window. Up the stairs is the Grizzley Bear room which has a queen under twin bunk bed, and twin over twin bunk (sleeps 5). The Mountain Adventure room also sleeps 5 and the rooms are separated by a large bathroom as well.We do have a Ring doorbell camera at the front door, and the front and back porch have noise monitors that read the decibel levels and are set in accordance with the Pinetop City Noise Ordinance (92 decibels daytime hours and 65 decibels nighttime hours), we cannot hear actual sound or record sound with the noise monitors for privacy though.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 4 total).Well behaved dogs who are potty trained.
