Looked good and clean. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. No carts to help get items to room, but we arrived late.

Fine for one night quick stay. Nothing fancy but relatively clean for the price. Bfast is included but nothing to brag about.

Parking felt safe! The breakfast was delicious and. Jenny became my favorite person. She was very sweet and nice. She showed great customer service

You have the best cook that a hotel can have not only because what she cooks that is amazing. But also for her kindness.

Downsides: I could hear everything going on outside my room, well into the night. We also only had one bath towel in our room and had to go find more. When we tried to shower in the morning, the tub wasn’t draining. The fridge in the room was not cold at all, but I was able to figure it out so it didn’t take too long to get it running. Plus sides: The area gels sage and secure (important when traveling with children), and the spaces were generally clean. The breakfast was really good with a lot of variety of hot foods, baked goods, and cold foods with fresh fruits, a variety of juices and hot coffee/tea/hot chocolate available. Overall: I would return, it was a really nice stay other than the specific room-related issues.

Great hotel only con is it had no microwave in the room you have to go down stairs to warm your food

I was asked to change rooms after my first night, because of the ongoing renovation. I am a day sleeper because I work nights as a nurse and I was woke up two times by staff wanting to hang curtains in the room that I had been asked to move to! No one apologized for the inconvenience or offered to compensate me for having to pack up and move rooms without help. I have been staying at this property regularly for almost 6 months and have never been treated so poorly.
