I was very satisfied with my stay this time! The hotel's overall environment was quiet and comfortable, and the public areas were kept very clean. The room hygiene was excellent; every corner was spotless, there were no strange odors, and the bedding was soft, making it easy to fall asleep. The front desk receptionist, Xiao Yang, was enthusiastic and efficient, responding promptly to requests and being very considerate. The room facilities were well-maintained, the hot water was stable, and the soundproofing was good. It made my trip relaxing and peaceful. The value for money is excellent, and I'll prioritize this hotel for future trips. Highly recommended! ✨

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was made of good quality material, so I slept very comfortably. Three meals were provided; breakfast was quite good, but lunch and dinner only offered fried noodles or fried rice. The fried noodles, in particular, seemed to be leftovers from breakfast and had already gone sour. Parking was convenient and free. There were many dining options downstairs, and transportation was also very convenient.

I chose Peace Guest House Hotel because a friend had stayed there and said it was okay, and the online reviews I checked were also decent. Online, it was advertised as having excellent services, including breakfast, even three nutritious meals a day, and free laundry. To my surprise, on the first day during check-in, we were informed that the kitchen was broken and couldn't provide breakfast. Instead, they offered milk and bread, but we had to call the front desk ourselves early in the morning to get it. That was bad enough, but on the second morning, when I called the front desk, they said they were out of bread, only milk was available, and they had to wait for staff to buy more bread. Since we had plans and were rushing out, we skipped the bread. In the evening, I called the front desk to inquire about breakfast, but the phone wasn't working! We only found out the next day that the phone was out of order, so I had to go downstairs myself to ask the front desk for breakfast... it was ridiculous! Then there's the hygiene issue. We booked two non-smoking rooms, but one of them reeked of smoke. After we complained to the front desk, they helped us change rooms, but then we found cockroaches 🪳🪳🪳 in both! In all my years of staying in hotels, this is the first time I've encountered something so outrageous!!! Additionally, because the hotel is next to a mall, there are several restaurants on the ground floor that stay open late. Even past midnight, we could still hear loud chatter and drinking from dining guests. If you don't like noise, you should definitely reconsider booking this hotel. The only positive thing was that the housekeeping staff were very friendly and would greet us, but that still couldn't change our overall negative impression of Peace Guest House Hotel.
