Tianchen Resort Hotel (Changzhi Pingshun Cultural Relics Museum)

My stay at Tianchen Resort Hotel was excellent! The hotel environment is quiet and comfortable, with elegant decor, and I had a great quality of rest. The room hygiene was meticulously maintained, and the bedding was clean. The front desk service was attentive, and they even recommended nearby sightseeing routes. The location is superb, with numerous Southern Taihang attractions close by. You can easily plan visits to Tongtianxia, Hongni Ancient Village, Chibi Hanging Stream, and Shenlongwan Hanging Highway all in one trip, making excursions incredibly convenient.

Arrived at the hotel in the afternoon with friends on motorcycles. The person at the front entrance wouldn't let us park near the door, insisting we park in the farthest spot, which was a good 60-70 meters walk to the entrance. We told her we had heavy luggage, bags, and gear, but she still refused. So, we had to carry everything ourselves. Later that night, someone else parked in the spot we wanted. I mean, either no one parks there, or everyone does. Why couldn't we park there when we arrived early, but then no one cared when others came later? For over 500 a night, this was a really bad experience.

The staff are friendly, and their service is attentive and warm. The hotel food is delicious. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely be back next time!
