Pingtan Longshan Youkezhan

The room had an unpleasant odor, the facilities were old and dilapidated, and the hygiene was questionable.

Upon arriving at the guesthouse, I simply called the owner, who gave me the room number, and I just went in. Unlike hotel check-in, there weren't many complicated procedures; it was essentially self-service check-in, which was a great experience. The owner was incredibly kind. I had originally planned a three-day, two-night stay, but a sudden downpour in Pingtan forced me to change my plans and cancel for one day. After communicating with the owner, he immediately refunded me for one day's room rate without any fees. He also enthusiastically recommended some local delicacies. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Pingtan is truly a wonderful place; the food is delicious, and the sea is beautiful. I'll definitely come back! ✌️✌️

The owner is very nice and provides excellent service. The rooms are clean and tidy, but there is one small problem: the public restrooms were left without a hairdryer.

The room was clean, but the common area on the first floor could be noisy at times. I wasn't used to adjusting the water heater settings. The bathroom drain cover wasn't removed, so it was prone to clogging.

Someone opened the door and came in while I was sleeping this morning, which startled me.
