I booked this B&B based on the reviews, and honestly, I'm not sure how it got so many good ones. My experience was just average. There were a lot of flies in the room, and customer service didn't contact me beforehand. The 'dedicated customer service' was non-existent; they just said they had too many customers and forgot, haha. They even offered me a discount if I canceled my online booking and booked directly, which I declined. I hope this helps others. Next time, I'll stick to hotels for peace of mind. The breakfast is a shortcoming, the quantity is too small and not enough to eat, and it is not delicious. The high-voltage wires outside the window are quite a hindrance to the scenery. The bedding is comfortable, and the TV can also choose some programs, but the screen isolation is not done well, and it was projected to our TV by other people, which is not good, and the front desk can't solve this problem, which affects the happiness of the evening.

The hotel is near the beach (I only realized after arriving in Pingtan that countless hotels in Pingtan are near the beach), but the sea reeks of the ocean. The supposedly internet-famous pool, though I haven't seen anyone swimming in it in the two days since I've been there, and the water hasn't been changed. Bugs are visible in the pool. I booked a courtyard room with a garden view, but there's no patio. I'm wondering why. Is this consumer deception? I just wanted a place to hang clothes outside or for my family to smoke, but the courtyard room I was supposed to stay in doesn't have one! For no apparent reason, I was moved to the second floor, which doesn't even have an elevator. I had to carry heavy suitcases and other luggage upstairs. What era is this? At this price, I still have to carry my luggage up the stairs manually! This is the first time I've encountered this in years. The so-called balcony in the second-floor room I was inexplicably moved to doesn't even allow me to dry clothes. It's just a partition, with no connection to the outside. It's also incredibly small, and even a slightly overweight person wouldn't be able to squeeze through. Was I moved to the second floor because I arrived late? I arrived at around 10 pm and finally found it after searching for ages. No one contacted me in advance or helped me turn on the air conditioning. The friendly service I'd heard in the reviews was completely lacking, and it was far inferior to other B&Bs I'd stayed in before. This place is also quite far from the city, making eating out inconvenient. My kids had to walk over 10 kilometers to McDonald's, and over 20 kilometers round trip. I was too tired to change hotels on the first day, but on the second night, the kids were woken by fireworks outside while they were asleep at around 9 pm. I usually stay in the same hotel wherever I go, but this time I couldn't stand it anymore and decided to change on the third day.
