非常滿意。當地人自家房子，老闆態度好，房間在二樓是乾淨（帶孩子住宿因為看了好評説乾淨才放心讓孩子住）和安靜光線非常好，提供齊全洗漱用品（特別是有一次性馬桶墊和一次性浴巾）。淡季住宿，老闆主動説可以借用老闆電動車騎行（附近那麼多民宿竟然出租電動車商家少，很容易找到共享電動車）。老闆有空的話會早上順便水煮蛋和玉米棒。公共區域有可加熱飲水機（房間沒有燒水壺）。一樓有洗衣機和很多衣架和晾衣服區域。淡季在周圍民宿裏價格最最實惠，二樓3個客人房間使用用1個非常乾淨公共衞生間（乾濕分離，單獨熱水器就熱水足夠燙和水壓夠）。建議提前聯繫房東老闆，民宿就一個人親力親為，讓老闆出來馬路邊接人。位置非常好，走路1分鐘到主幹道大馬路的超市（打的定位永興隆超市），走路3分鐘到22路公交車站白沙村委站（路線直達最北部，高鐵站，縣城），公交車40多分鐘到平潭站。電動車騎行5-20分鐘可以追北部多個藍眼淚地方和景區（風車營地藍眼淚，上山去玉堂灣藍眼淚，上山去貓頭乾藍眼淚，當元藍眼淚，北部灣生態廊道，玻璃棧道，長江澳，博物館）。民宿附近超市很多，周圍很多民宿竟然當地經濟類型的餐飲少是需要電動車騎行1-5分鐘出去吃飯。
