衞生：衞生不錯乾淨 環境：房間內落地窗通透，還可以上樓頂天台，不遠處就能看到龍王頭沙灘，挺好的海景房，附近主城區飯店大排檔都很方便。

描述的是頂樓露台觀海精裝大床房，實際是望居民樓的，房間在老久居民樓裏面，半夜到，完全看不清在哪裡，小區裏完全沒有標識，推着行李走過了幾次，半夜在自行車庫裡麪找入口，開車的沒地方停車，不能開進小區，小區外停車非常緊張，沒有前台，需要自己去密碼盒取房卡，半夜有什麼需求，例如缺一次性拖鞋什麼的，需要自己去布草間找，晚上11點到店，發現貨不對板，原來預訂是11：59前可以退款，11:10找平台要求退款，馬上找其他地方入住，酒店方不同意，11:30，平台回覆不能退房，然後我們住下來以後，11：45酒店方又説同意退房，我們行李什麼的都已經攤開了，勉強住一晚，原定住兩晚的，後來還是住一晚算了，第二天馬上找了另一家酒店，以後都不會住民宿了，太折騰了，性價比太低。

衞生和設施還不錯，但是有三點:1.窗子一到大風天就吱吱叫，根本沒辦法睡着覺，窗子防風和隔音很差。, 2.客服最開始告訴我的酒店地址是錯的，讓我白跑了一趟，一個酒店客服都不知道自己的酒店在哪裡，我看了圖片版的指引才意識到她説給我的是錯的。, 3.酒店所在的小區樓太破舊了，晚上很嚇人

住的很不錯，民宿也很新，各種設施都比較好，樓頂還可以看到龍王頭沙灘，走路十分鐘就到。旁邊吃飯也方便！員工主動關心客人的需求，令人感動安靜的房間讓人忘記外界喧囂
