Guohui International Hotel

The hotel is great, excellent in all aspects. Even during the typhoon, there was still a place to swim, and the kids had a blast. The only downside is that it takes over 20 minutes by car to get to the attractions. Everything else was very satisfactory.

We stayed for two nights, and one of those nights we upgraded to a family room. It was huge, with a circular bathtub and a 180° window since it was a corner room. There was also a separate dressing room. Even the regular twin room was larger than what you'd find in most hotels. The pool is perfect for kids, with water park-style slides, a diving pool, and a deep pool, along with free inner tubes and paddleboards – it was a lot of fun. If you prefer a star-rated hotel over a B&B in Pingtan, this is really your only choice. A special thanks to our butler, Suihan, who helped me out twice. First, he assisted me with replacing my power bank through JD.com, and second, he found my laptop charging cable, which I had left behind on the first night. He was exceptionally helpful. All the hotel staff were very kind and gentle.

The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with an outdoor pool and an indoor playground, which kept the kids very happy! The breakfast was also rich and varied. The staff at the lobby, security, and restaurant were all very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Customer Manager Sui Han, who went out of her way to help us get breakfast vouchers for the children 👍🏻.

The hotel is great, the room is good, the breakfast is good, and the staff service is also good. We had so much fun in the pool, and the breakfast was also nice, and the room was huge! I've never had such a lavish stay before!!!

Traveling with three adults and one child, the service at Suihan was excellent; they were always ready to help with any request. The hotel's breakfast buffet was plentiful and my child really enjoyed it. The swimming pool was also great, and my kid spent half the day playing there. However, you need to use a key card to go up to the rooms, which was a real hassle when traveling with friends on different floors. Some of the concierge staff were very helpful, while others were quite rigid. Overall, it's suitable for families, and there are congee shops nearby, but it's a bit far from the main attractions.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the outdoor pool is definitely the highlight. It's really big and the water is clean, which the kids absolutely loved. There were plenty of lifeguards on duty around the pool the whole time, and the changing rooms were also very clean.

The room is spacious, though a bit old-fashioned. The bathtub is large, and they provide great amenities for kids, including children's bathrobes. The outdoor pool downstairs is fantastic for all ages, offering kickboards, swimming rings, and even transparent boats. The shallow end is perfect for kids to have fun, while the deep end is great for adults. The design is well thought out.

It was too hot to go out, so a hotel where my kids could have fun without even leaving was my top choice! This hotel absolutely blew us away, both kids and adults were super happy! They even have a dedicated kids' dining area, which easily won over the little ones! The room was clean and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area. The high-floor, floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unobstructed view of the surroundings! Our butler, Sui Han, was incredibly responsive to all our requests, many thanks! The hotel service was also excellent; they helped open car doors and carry luggage, and everyone greeted us when we walked around the hotel!

This was my first time bringing my child to Pingtan, and I absolutely recommend staying at the Guohui Hotel as a family-friendly option – it's fantastic! I found it online, and there were many genuine positive reviews on Ctrip. We were two women with two 3-year-olds. The family room was huge, and the kids loved it, especially the small tent 🏕️, the little horse, panda, and bear 🐻 they all wanted to play with. There's also a large bathtub, and the view from the 27th floor is amazing. The playground on the first floor and the large outdoor pool with a water park were big hits too. I have to specifically mention the food: the rice noodles and regular noodles at the breakfast buffet were incredibly delicious 😋, especially if you add the meatballs – they were heavenly 😋! In the following days, none of the other places we ate at had meatballs as good as these. The kids loved the food too, and the cute bowls and plates were a nice touch. The hotel was very clean, and they were thoughtful enough to provide a child's toilet seat and installed two bed rails for us. The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from Tian'ao (South Line) and 30-50 minutes from the North Line by taxi. Since the north and south lines are quite far apart, choosing this hotel, as recommended by other netizens, was a brilliant decision. The food was excellent too. After enjoying the beach on the South Line, it was so comfortable to take a taxi back, wash up, and go to sleep. The hotel's pick-up service was also fantastic 👍. Traveling with children and luggage can be exhausting, but the driver met us right at the one-stop station, and we had a comfortable ride in a 6-seater commercial van. I didn't take many photos, so you can find pictures online. I just wanted to share my honest experience. We also booked a B&B in the North for the same trip, and it was more expensive but genuinely inferior to Guohui in terms of both food and accommodation. After all, one is by the sea and the other is in the county town, but everything was convenient for eating. Speaking of which, I have to roast 'Feipo Feizai Chichi' (a restaurant). They offer free hotpot bases if you post on Xiaohongshu – no wonder good marketing slogans are made that way! It was scorching hot inside, and we almost got heatstroke eating there because there was no air conditioning. It was like a big seafood market. The stir-fried dishes looked good in pictures, but they were nowhere near as tasty as the seaside stalls.
