Pingtan QiXi Homestay (Tannan Bay Platinum Beach Branch)

The B&B staff were incredibly attentive; my mom said it felt just like home. We arrived around 2 PM, and I was a bit hungry since I'd missed brunch. One of the lovely ladies from the B&B even drove me to a nearby convenience store on her scooter to grab some instant noodles. They're also very dog-friendly, and our room came with a private backyard, which was perfect for our furry friend to stretch his legs. But the best part was definitely the location – so incredibly convenient! Plus, the hotel has three EV charging stations, which is a huge plus for those traveling by electric car.

I absolutely loved this guesthouse! It was clean, elegant, and incredibly cozy and comfortable. The decor was stunning from the moment I entered – simple yet stylish, with attention to detail and impeccable taste. It's perfect for taking amazing photos. The hostess was also incredibly friendly, and there were two adorable dogs there. My little one had a blast playing with them! The guesthouse is very close to the beach, which was covered in beautiful seashells 🐚. I was extremely satisfied and gave it a 5-star rating! I'd definitely bring my dog ​​back sometime!

This guesthouse perfectly suited my taste. The newly upgraded Song Dynasty-style aesthetic blends the characteristics of stone houses with Song Dynasty aesthetics seamlessly. The space is incredibly spacious. Upon arrival, you're greeted by a large earthen stove and bread oven. The exterior is also unique; I've never seen anything like it before, but it's truly amazing. Entering the guesthouse, you're immediately enveloped in a fairytale-like water feature, instantly evoking a sense of tranquility. The guesthouse was impeccably clean, with windows so clear they reflected light. The breakfast was plentiful, offering a different option each day – the owner was very thoughtful. It's also close to the beach, just a 2-minute drive to Sunrise Beach and about a 4-minute drive to Sunset Beach. Ordering takeout was convenient; the convenience store even delivered! I was very satisfied with the entire trip. I'll definitely come back to Pingtan sometime for surfing! And to try the owner's earthen stove and bread oven again!

Coming to Pingtan before the Spring Festival felt like a dream come true! The weather was perfect, and we stayed in such a beautiful guesthouse – a truly satisfying trip! The guesthouse is incredibly spacious 👍 with over 1000 square meters of activity space and dozens of acres of private grassland, which the kids loved, allowing them to freely watch their cattle. The guesthouse has a super cute earthen stove and bread oven; cooking together as a family on the earthen stove would be a wonderful experience! Next time, I'll bring some friends to bake bread and cook seafood in a big pot!

After watching the sunrise and surfing at the Platinum Beach in Tannan Bay, we chose to stay at Qixi Homestay for the water sports. It's the best homestay in the area, with a much better atmosphere at night than during the day. The quality is good, and the breakfast is nice. If you appreciate quality and aesthetics, this is a good choice. The staff were very friendly, making the stay very welcoming. The environment has a strong resort feel. What I loved most was the aesthetically pleasing backyard and the dozens of acres of lawn. In autumn, there weren't many people, which made me enjoy staying in the homestay – just relaxing and daydreaming was wonderful. The owners treated us to a "Song Dynasty tea ceremony," a thoughtful touch that's definitely worth experiencing.

I highly recommend staying at Qixi Homestay when visiting Tannan Bay Scenic Area. It's conveniently located near the sunrise and sunset spots. The homestay is very clean and comfortable, which is the biggest difference between a resort and a hotel. If you want a standard experience, choose a hotel; if you want a relaxing vacation feel, Qixi Homestay is a great option. I wish I could lie here for a few days and just relax. The backyard has dozens of acres of grassland where you can see cows, egrets, and ducks—it's very soothing. The rooms are well-equipped, and they even provide children's toothbrushes and slippers, which is something many hotels don't offer. The homestay is very new; the owner said it's renovated every year, which explains its excellent condition. The space is large, making it perfect for a group of friends. I'll definitely bring my colleagues here for team building in the future.
