Everything was fine, but the windows were dirty. Rooms are quite large unlike other hotels in Taiwan ☺️

Great stay overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, check-in was smooth, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and the facilities were well maintained. Amenities were decent and everything worked as expected. Good value for the price and I had a pleasant experience during my stay. Would consider staying here again in the future.

Good hotel with free bike

The hotel has good service quality, good location, clean environment and large parking lot.

Overall it's pretty good. The breakfast is rich and delicious, but the soundproofing in the room is a bit poor. You can clearly hear the noise in the corridor. If you are a light sleeper, it is recommended to bring your own earplugs.

During the New Year holidays, Kenting is very cost-effective. The breakfast is beyond expectations, and ice cream is available, which is a benefit that star-rated hotels do not have. The lobby design is bright. The only shortcoming is that the waiter service is too rigid, and there is obviously a set of prescribed responses. However, the female employee who served during check-in was very professional and enthusiastic, which other employees should follow.

Simple accommodation in Hengchun city, near McDonald's and Starbucks

Breakfast was ok! Vegetarian food is also provided, and the parking lot is convenient. It is cost-effective. I am willing to come back to stay again. Accommodation in Hengchun is a bit expensive, but this hotel is OK.

A family of six booked two rooms (4+2). The child got a bruise on their knee from being thrown up the high stairs on the first floor, which upset them. Other details have been reviewed. The service at the hotel was also not very good.

The hotel is comfortable, there is an ice machine available, the breakfast is rich, and the price-performance ratio is high. I borrowed a bicycle and rode it on the streets of Hengchun, and I had a relaxing time. I will stay at this hotel again when I have time.
