The room was clean, comfortable, and tidy. While there were many windows, being on the first floor meant we had to keep the curtains closed, which was a bit of a shame as it blocked out a lot of light. The hot water was quite slow, but overall, it was very clean. All in all, a good stay!

Very nice place to stay. It seems newly built or renovated and it was very clean. We had a great room with a balcony.
Staff is super friendly and really went the extra mile to help us, despite a slight language barrier (they were able to communicate all relevant information in English to us). There was free coffee, tea, and snacks available (including snacks from the island).
You may choose between a pre-made breakfast at the hotel or vouchers for a breakfast at a take away place that’s a five-minute scooter drive away. We choose the latter - it’s a nice local experience, a bit of a challenge for non-Chinese speakers such as ourselves, so if you don’t want to figure it out, the pre-made breakfast might be a better option.
You can also rent an e-scooter here, which is nice but do keep in mind that it’s silent - so other people in traffic may not hear you. We had no problems but I noticed some people crossing that seemed to have no idea we were passing. A plus is that you can change the battery for free at several points on the island.

The guesthouse arranged a room on the third floor, but we found the internet signal to be very weak and the speed to be very slow. After we reported this, the guesthouse moved us to a room on the first floor, and the internet became very fast. Thank you to the guesthouse for their arrangements.

The environment is quiet and it is a good place for a holiday. We did not go out to sea this time as the water was low. The B&B is a bit far from the restaurant. When going back at night, there are no street lights along the way, only the stars in the sky for lighting, which is very romantic.

It was quick to get around by renting a scooter from the ferry terminal, and I really liked that there was a great dumpling restaurant just a short walk away!
There was also a coin laundry within walking distance, so it was convenient to do laundry after swimming.
There was a slight smell when I first entered, but it was quiet during my stay, and it was convenient to be able to choose from options like burgers and milk tea for breakfast.
