AC is eithet on and off.. and i ended up turning on or off throughout the night. Cleaniless has deteriorated greatly. There were no merger teabag in the room, when asked, the respond from thr staff are far from friendly. Breakfast was a horrible experience, to have been served by a female staff that totally do not know what service attitude is about, was being asked in luke warm manner "what room nos: and then a rather harsh "go find a seat", after which when cold with ice was served for a winter morning breakfast, i asked for hot tea, she responded with, "why didnt you order hot tea earlier" i told her i wasnt asked by her, the she went " we do not serve hot tea" when we made complaints, she went, " i was trained and told to tell customers this way" at which point, the kitchen staff came out and pulled her away and asked the customers "what more do you guys want!?" Wondered if service meant servicing the customers or the customers have to put up with service staff that has bad attitude.. i hope the owner of the establishment is able to review the cctv in the premise and evaluate the relevant staff attirude. And i have been a multiple times repeat customer to this chain of accomodation.
