Hello! We are Minimi Sail Rock Beach House! We’re located right across from Sail Rock Beach, just a one-minute walk to reach the sand and enjoy the sun and sea views. Our guesthouse features a clean and refreshing white arched exterior, instantly giving you the feeling of a seaside vacation as soon as you arrive. On the first floor, we have an outdoor lawn area equipped with lounge chairs and shaded seating, perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying a sunbath with the scent of ocean breeze and fresh grass. Very cosy and tasteful interior, tasty breakfast, clean and well equipped room with Bluetooth speaker.Pretty small, but very good for the price. Staff speaks decent English, 7-11 around the corner. The A/C on the roof sometimes got pretty loud at night for like 30min, but sure why, but it was quiet otherwise.

The room was comfortable, and the hotel is super close to the beach – less than a 5-minute walk. It was a really thoughtful touch that they have a faucet right by the entrance to rinse off your feet. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and felt quite ceremonial, but the actual taste was just so-so.

We hosted friends returning from overseas. A fantastic experience! We stayed on the top floor with a stunning balcony. It was beautiful both on cloudy and sunny days because of the million-dollar ocean view. Highly recommended! And yes, the breakfast cart was amazing!
