El Puerto Hotel

The cat is so cute 😍, and the staff are very nice 👍🏻 I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

The air conditioner is very noisy, really very noisy, so noisy that we have to turn it off to sleep on summer nights; the bath towels are dirty, there's a dead cockroach-like thing on the ceiling above the bed, the balcony is not open at all, and the pictures don't match the description.

They were very pet-friendly, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The sea view from the window was truly beautiful. The Sand Island Blue Quadruple Room was very spacious, and the stay felt like a real vacation.

This is probably the B&B I regret the most, bar none. First of all, there was no pick-up service, I only got four bottles of water during my 5-night stay, and I had to pay for it. The transportation was inconvenient, and they didn't teach me how to get around (I later went out to find it myself and found out there was a bus stop nearby that went to the street). They didn't tell me when I checked in. I only asked for room cleaning twice, and they didn't change the sheets each time, and the room wasn't tidy either. They only changed a few towels and threw away the trash in the trash can, and didn't clean up anything else. They didn't even greet me every time I came in and out. I felt like I was just renting a room to sleep, without any service or hospitality.

The scenery was beautiful... the room was spacious... but the bathroom door was a bit heavy and it was a sliding door 😓 It was also quite noisy when it slid 😔

I really like the extra large space of the four-person sea view room. The view is as shown in the photo. The hotel cats are also very responsible, lying lazily and greeting the guests who come and go. The only downside is that the toilet trash can is too small.

Not far from Eluanbi Park, the hotel is in a good location. It is far from Kenting Street, suitable for guests who like quietness. The room is super big, with an unbeatable sea view, and there is a parking lot

The room and bed are very big 👍🏻 and I slept comfortably 👍🏻. There are cats to entertain me 😝. The water pressure for showering is good and sufficient 👍🏻 and hot enough! This trip was very satisfying!
