The boss is very nice, enthusiastic and polite. The room is well designed and clean. It would be perfect if the bathroom had a bathtub. The location is very convenient in Hengchun Town and quiet in the city! There are delicious restaurants within a ten-minute walk. It is very good. I can't praise it enough. I will definitely stay again and recommend it!

This stay back to Jiazhu is a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was safe and comfortable, and it made people feel at ease. Although the owner doesn't talk much, he is kind and courteous, and always responds in time when there is a problem. Overall, it is a satisfactory accommodation experience and it is recommended!

Most people who come to Kenting will choose to stay in a B&B and will stay for more than three days. This time, because we came in winter and only stayed for one night, we specially chose to stay at the Riverside Resort Hotel. The hotel is located at the northernmost end of Hengchun Town, a little far away. The hotel itself has great facilities and space, and the parking lot is also large. The room is spacious, comfortable and bright, the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is also rich and delicious, the service staff is friendly and polite, and the price is relatively cheap. The overall stay experience is great and worth recommending.

Very kind, helpful manager. He helped me to rent a motor bike and also successfully handled a noisy customer to the relief of other guests like me.

我入住了5晚，飯店位於恆春鎮，騎車到墾丁大街也滿方便。房間寬敞乾淨，有露台可以看到龍鑾潭日落美景，另外有寬敞的免費停車場。 我剛好遇到強颱風樺加沙無法出門，老闆很貼心提供泡麵和餅乾。整體來說，房間基本設施、空調、還有共用廚房等等都很好，下次來墾丁還會再回來，CP值十分高!

The location is really great. Just a few steps from the Hengchun Tourist Service Center, the hotel is in a quiet place in the city. The lobby on the first floor is very large and makes people feel relaxed as soon as they enter. The switches in the room are very smart and there are plenty of sockets. The CP value is very high, the facilities are very good and it feels like staying in a hotel

The location of Sanfu Restaurant is very convenient. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to Hengchun Street and 15 minutes to drive to most attractions. The front desk is polite and the rooftop restaurant is very delicious. On New Year’s Eve, we even saw a lot of fireworks on the top floor, and the atmosphere was great. Very lively.

Hotel is definitely more than 1 km from express bus drop off point! Long walk if you carry heavy luggage. Lobby small and toilets/laundry room right at the back. Staff can call a taxi on your behalf as it is hard to hail a cab at the kerb. Warning : the cabs do not run by meter. Definitely more expensive than Tainan or Kaohsiung. Room itself is very small, esp the toilet! Aircon rather noisy and fridge starts humming on and off. HengChun is a good place to stay as there are numerous cafes/shops/services. Local night market nearby every Sunday night. Need to book a cab if you wish to go to Kenting Night Market or explore the coastal attractions. Highly recommend you go LongPan Park (free admission). Avoid JiaLeShui till they start running the shuttle tram to waterfall again!

The room type is good and the space is large. Although the location is in the alley. But when you walk out, you will find the busiest street in Hengchun. Eating and drinking are very convenient. There is a restaurant and pub on the first floor of the hotel, where you can order a lot of dishes. There is a swimming pool, a children's play area, and some leisure activities (billiards, darts) are all quite fun. I have been back several times.

The overall feeling of staying at Kenting Bay Resort Hotel can be described as ”relaxation and enjoyment coexist”. The hotel is located by the sea, a 5-minute walk to the beach, with beautiful surroundings and a very advantageous geographical location. The room design is simple and modern, with complete and well-maintained facilities, smart toilets and dry and wet separated bathrooms to enhance the stay experience. The front desk staff is friendly and communicates smoothly in English, suitable for family or couple vacations. The only small drawback is that the hotel restaurant may be a little noisy when there are more people on weekends. It is recommended to inform in advance that you prefer a quiet dining area. Overall, this hotel is worth recommending for its high cost-effectiveness and thoughtful details.
