After searching for a long time online and comparing from many angles, I chose this hotel. Check-in experience: The environment is very good, the front desk service is very enthusiastic, and they knew that we would be taking the high-speed train at around 4 pm the next day, so they very considerately helped us apply for a delayed check-out. The bed was soft and clean, the facilities were complete, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. It was very good and I sincerely recommend it 🌺🌺🌺

However, I thought that the amenities can be improved. The gym and swimming pool is subpar comparative to other hotels of similar ranking but wouldn’t be an issue if there’s no intention for workouts. Breakfast is decent for its price and offers quite a variety, but the food quality is generally mediocre and not representative of the city’s cuisine and food culture.

Front desk staff, Xiao Yang, provided excellent and thoughtful service, making both check-in and check-out very smooth. The room decor was cozy, and the hot water came on quickly. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, so watching videos and playing games was smooth and lag-free. The hot water came on quickly and at a stable temperature, making for a wonderfully relaxing hot shower after a long day. The service was impeccable. The front desk staff not only patiently answered our questions but also recommended several hidden gem local eateries – the food was absolutely delicious! During our three-day stay, we received a warm greeting from the front desk staff every day when we went out; it was incredibly welcoming. Although meals weren't included, there are many great and affordable restaurants nearby, so it didn't affect our stay at all. I've already recommended this hotel to my friends who are planning a trip!

It only takes 5 minutes by taxi to the pedestrian street. The whole hotel environment is very good. Xiao Peng at the front desk provided very good and enthusiastic service.
