Driver picks you up at the trainstation and drops you off at a parking lot where they will drive you towards the hotel in the centre with a tourist car. The hotel is located really well and the provide a good service

Hospitality, location, cleanliness and interior design make it an absolute gem in Pingyao. We were offered complimentary pick up and drop off to the train station. We were welcomed with open arms, a lot of smile and a parting gift. The breakfast was great, bed super comfy and the whole hotel looks absolutely stunning. Located next to the Main Street of Pingyao - this is the best the men can get in Pingyao!

Located at the intersection of three main streets (east, west, and south), getting around is incredibly convenient. The surrounding area is packed with great food and major attractions. It's a two-entry, independent courtyard house with clean rooms that are full of Shanxi charm. Most importantly, the front desk lady provided thoughtful and attentive service, which was absolutely fantastic! 👍 She even picked me up from the train station for free!

Simply amazing! The location is perfect, the building and the rooms are incredible, the staff is great and you will have the chance to enjoy a pice of traditional history! I fully recommend this hotel!

The hotel is incredibly well located in the ancient town. It looks incredible. They organized pickup and drop-off at the train station, which is a great help. And they took their time explaining the ancient city layout, attractions, and recommended some food options. I felt really welcome at the hotel.

The Service has been amazing ! The best in years people So nice, they don’t speek English but they use the translate, no problem.  Situation perfect, The building históric  They help yo everything un 10!!!?

This is a fascinating hotel, beautifully converted from a former central bank. The building has a unique character and a wonderful atmosphere. The hotel also provided a very convenient taxi service from the train station, which made our arrival particularly easy. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, and we had a very pleasant stay.

I stayed at Pingyao Grand Theater hotel for one night with my family. The staff members were super friendly and helpful. This hotel was in a fantastic location. The room was spotless and very unique. I highly recommend this hotel.
