Very clean and quiet, perfect for photos. It was excellent! The shuttle service was also very thoughtful. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

A great B&B with thoughtful pick-up and drop-off services. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with smart home devices throughout, which was very modern. The common areas had a charming, antique feel, perfect for photos. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out, which was a nice touch.

The facilities are absolutely perfect, with smart home features throughout. The environment is clean and tidy, and the service is attentive and meticulous. Plus, there's a free self-service afternoon tea! What really stands out is the classical architecture, which makes you feel like you're living in ancient times. I couldn't help but take photos when I checked in during the day and returned to my room at night. I also frequently saw people from outside the inn coming in to take pictures.

While not the absolute best, this B&B comes pretty close. The room facilities are excellent, and it offers great value for money. The courtyard is exceptionally well-maintained, though I didn't get a chance to take photos (you can refer to the online pictures, they're accurate). However, the breakfast is standard B&B fare, so don't set your expectations too high – but do try the sliced noodles. Overall, I'd give it full marks.

A beautiful Chinese-style courtyard with spacious family rooms, located right in the ancient city, very close to the main street. We tried both established old restaurants and popular internet-famous spots, and they were all delicious with no misses! The hotel offers a shuttle service. The staff were enthusiastic, recommending great food and giving travel tips. When we checked out, they even gave us snack souvenirs and vinegar. We were in a hurry to catch our train, and the hotel arranged a fantastic driver who got us to the station right on time for boarding!

An absolutely beautiful hotel located right inside the ancient city! They offer shuttle service, and the rooms are fully equipped with soft and comfortable bedding. The breakfast selection is extensive and delicious, and the service is warm and attentive. They even gave us a free room upgrade and extended our check-out time because we had a packed itinerary. They provide excellent advice on tour routes and help arrange guides and tour vehicles. The travel photos we took within the historic hotel are truly stunning! It added such wonderful memories to our Pingyao ancient city trip! Plus, they gave us a generous selection of souvenirs. Very satisfied, highly recommend!

Booked the family duplex room and was thoroughly impressed! The facilities were excellent, and the service was top-notch. The shuttle service to and from the station was a real convenience. The hotel is also very close to the heart of the old town, making sightseeing a breeze! It was a very satisfying stay. The hotel itself is even a popular spot for travel photography – that tells you something!

I chose the Xingshengjiu Courtyard Residence for my trip to Pingyao Ancient City with my two daughters and husband, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations! The room was fully equipped with amenities like a Laifen hairdryer and humidifier, making for a comfortable stay. The owner provided thoughtful service, proactively explaining the ancient city's tour routes to us. The location is very close to the scenic area, making travel convenient. The guesthouse is quiet and peaceful, very suitable for family trips. I will definitely choose this place again next time I come to Pingyao!
