true ski in ski out, but make sure you have 4W drive to get up the steep hill to front door. Decent food, especially when there aren't many other options. Ski amenities are good and conveniently located.

Really nice hotel and staff. Friendly. The while structure is amazing. It is great for family and kids. The staf is so nice and helpful. I will definitely come back soon with my daughter. THE FOOD is excellent.

I already left my opinion in a survey, where I explain my discomfort due to the excessive consumption values in the bar and restaurant, as well as charging for breakfast, which is also excessive, such as the charge for use of the thermal pool, being not exclusive as passengers. El hotel es muy lindo y he alojado con mi familia desde que se abrio. Cada año el precio aumenta en forma sustancial y los incluidos desaparecen. Primera vez todo estaba incluido comida, ticket de andarrivel, piscinas termales, paseos, animación con shows, hasta clases de esqui. Luego, comenzaron a dejar varios beneficios y ahora el precio aun mas elevado no incluye ningun beneficio de los anteriores, ni siquiera desayuno. Los precios de los extras estan aun mas elevado por el nivel de servicio.

Hotel extremadamente ruidoso, despertábamos muchas veces en la noche con el ruido de la gente que sale a fumar en la entrada del hotel o se queda en los sillones del lobby, muchísimo ruido toda la noche y luego en las mañana con los niños gritando en los pasillos. No nos quisieron cambiar de habitación.

Personal muy amable en todas las áreas (recepción, restaurante, lockers, mil gracias a Manuel, Felipe y personal de recepción), habitaciones agradables, cómodas y de muy buen tamaño, la comida realmente EXQUISITA, variada y bien preparada. La animación muy entretenida, muy buenos el DJ y animador. Piscinas a buena temperatura, bien equipadas y con linda vista. Únicas sugerencias, tal vez poner un bed top en las camas (un poco duras para mi gusto) y cambiar dispensadores de los amenities, un poco engorrosos y lentos especialmente los de la ducha.
