good hotel, good location, good place to relax, not much to do nearby apart from relax.

Great hotel, very friendly staff, very clean and great facilities. This was my second time there and I left very satisfied! There is an electric charging station for electric cars and if you ask the concierge they will do it promptly. Highly recommended.

Stayed one night for business. Very simple room. Clean. Great breakfast.

It's rather the 4 stars hotel.. + Good Wi-Fi connection + Location: in the town centre and close to the embankment + 2 pools: external and internal ones + Nice interior design - Pricey - Small and dusty rooms, some are dated - Indifferent staff with a few exceptions - Mediocre breakfast: quantity over quality - The gym lacks proper aircon ventilation

Very good breakfast on the beautiful terrace dreamfully beautiful ☀️👌 Check-in very friendly and competent Rooms correspond to 4**** , however, handdoes were exchanged only daily ... The hotel has a very large, beautiful Polish facility, but the cleanliness in the damento toilet (no soap, ...) remains to be desired, out of 3 toilets was only 1 available; 1 was generally blocked, 1 could not be closed ... But despite these ”defects” it was a nice time and we're happy to come back!☀️

The hotel is located in the annex building of the Metropol Hotel and Casino, so you have to pick up your room keys there. You can't just get in, as there's no staff there permanently. First, there's the main hotel, then this one. I went around, went to this one, then back, then back again. The distance between them is short, about 100 meters. But that wasn't mentioned in the description. It's great that you can use the main hotel's spa and pools. Breakfast is served there too. They're fantastic, by the way, considering it's a 5-star hotel. The room is small but nice, everything is up to par. There's a refrigerator and a tea station. My room didn't have a balcony, but they do exist. It started pouring this morning, so I didn't have an umbrella. I called reception, they brought one and brought me to the hotel. They later gave me an umbrella because the downpour kept pouring and I didn't expect it to stop. I'm happy with the hotel!

Great location directly in the heart of Portorož. Everything nearby, good services, clean room, nice pool, good food.
