The hotel facilities as well as the services were excellent! The only downside is that it's not really suitable for tourists who don't have a car to stay, because the transportation in Pisa is really inconvenient, if you unfortunately miss the last bus on the day you come to Pisa, then congratulations, your journey from the train station to the hotel will be very bumpy! (But I think you can call the hotel and ask them to help you contact a cab company) But the hotel staff was really great, they helped us contact TAXI to take us to the train station, to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and there were also shared bikes in front of the hotel that you could swipe and ride away. If you are on vacation with family and friends then this hotel is great, the rooms are huge with floor to ceiling windows and a huge garden and pool.

I was originally going to stay in Florence, but I found that there was a hotel next to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. There is no kettle and coffee. Near the Leaning Tower of Pisa if you have your own car. You have to pay for parking if you want to park in the hotel. If parking around the hotel for free, the walls of the room are thin, when people walk, the sound of luggage can still be heard. The bed is soft and comfortable.

Important reminder, the hotel does not have a shuttle bus to the airport! Please correct the point about the airport bus on the website, it is easy to mislead. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport. This is not because of the short distance, but because the city is too small. The price is 15-20 EUR/one way. The rooms are ok with cleaning. But not sound proof, we heard next door noises for 2-3 hours at 10pm . The pool only available in summer. But they advertise all times. Walk 20mins to pisa center. Breakfast is not included in standard booking and they food is dry and not many varieties. Not worth for 20euro per person.
