A lovely hotel in a perfect location. It's right in the middle, between the old and new parts of the city, with everything within walking distance. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. The only downsides were that the air conditioning was very noisy and the hotel itself was quite thin-walled. But apart from that, we had a great stay.

This was a great experience! The hotel is a historical beauty, great location, nice breakfast. The only thing that bothered a lot was awful street noice. It was Friday night, so some people outside were hanging around till late night, sometimes screaming like crazy. We closed the windows and shutters, it didn’t help. We had a corner room on the 1st floor.

We only know this is the oldest hotel in Italy and was very surprise and happy to stay at this hotel. A lot of antique and aged items on display, and good for photo shooting. Location is very near to leaning tower of Pisa which is walking distance.

Beautiful old hotel with old doors and locks. Breakfast was great. Shower was cold in both of our rooms. So can’t give top review. Staff apologized and said it was only a few rooms that had that problem. So. Check water temp before accepting that room.

Love the Victorian vibes. Location is amazing very near tourist spots and breakfast was great. There’s also a lovely Gelato place just a couple of blocks from the hotel.

Locate beside the river with the nice view. 10 mins walk from the station but very close to restaurant. 15 mins walk to Pisa tower. Staff is very nice. Room is a bit old but look like having history in it.

The hotel is quite grand and feels very historic, with oil paintings and pianos dotted throughout. I booked a room by the river, and the view was absolutely lovely. The front desk staff were also very thoughtful, providing a map and even highlighting various attractions for me. The only real headache was the toilet flush – the button was incredibly stiff and hard to control, making my finger sore from pressing it so hard. Despite this minor issue, the overall experience was still very good.

The only minor issue was mosquitoes, though a repellent was provided. Unfortunately, there was noise from some guests drinking until past 4 AM. However, the view was absolutely stunning, and breakfast was plentiful. While the room facilities were a bit dated, it had a charming classical European ambiance.

Amazing location, wonderful view. If I go again pisa city, I will prefer to stay again there.

Great location with river view but you have to keep in mind originally building was built 1050 and terribly outdated. Crack and dent everywhere. However breakfast is good enough.

Great choice to stay here. Very convenient , not far from train station, restaurant and Pisa tower… you can walk around nearby… it’s very nice view.

The best location, overlooking the river, near all the restaurants and bars and just a 10 minute walk to the leaning tower. The property is very historic and the rooms, while clean are period style and lack some of the finer touches.

The location is excellent, offering a superb riverside view. Breakfast was just average. The service was satisfactory, and the cleanliness was good. However, the air conditioning was a bit weak, and the facilities are quite old, which made showering inconvenient.
