The room was clean Huy there was a used coffee pod on the counter when I entered the room. I was able to report it but didn’t anymore bother to change rooms since the hotel was full.

Amazing industrial feel to the hotel. Updated. Nice and clean.

Worst hotel experience ever! When I first walked in, there were only two napkins on the sink and they had not been changed at all! Cleaning every day? no!Breakfast buffet? No! Never stay in a room with "barrier-free" features! There are no photos of the bathroom in this room type, water can easily overflow! Our own communication was fruitless, and Ctrip's communication was useless. We wiped the floor by ourselves every day, and we stayed there for "7" days! The price is not cheap!

The room facilities are good, but the location of the hotel is too remote and on the roadside, which is a bit noisy

入住那天的兩位前台及第二天的早飯服務員令我們感覺冷冷的，和其他幾處見到的服務水準有一定的差距。房間正當四條馬路交界處，也比較吵。第二天的前台和第三天的早餐服務員明顯體現了酒店人員的專業度。可見，並不是匹茲堡這裏整體氣質冷，而是酒店工作人員的服務意識和水平有一定的差異。

酒店設施比較新，略有些偏僻，周邊沒有吃飯的地方，有自己的停車場收費停車，南邊有條河，附近遇到很多野生的黑頸鵝，還有成片的草地和野花

提前預訂的酒店，半夜到達入住也很快捷。酒店附近有不少餐廳可以選擇，可以步行到CMU和匹茨堡大學。

符合預期，不錯！
